She was surprised to see you and wanted to express it. If she'd want to chat with you more she would do that. Would you forget to answer to a girl you want to go on a date with? No. Women are the same, when they want you - they talk to you.

It's OK to be hurt and show it. It can be expressed in calm and collected way, without freaking out and being triggered, saying things from perspective "how it feels to you" and not from "how wrong she is". The good read on that is Nonviolent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg, he touches a lot on how to express what you need and de-escalate the tension at the same time.

"Stop looking" most likely puts your mind state in a position of enjoying yourself, your life, doing what you want and that state is very attractive to other people. You still need to expand your social circle so the "right" person can see you. So there should be some kind of way of "looking", it can be reasoned or defined differently, but you still need to meet people somehow, like you're saying, "keep being social".

Yeah, it's a good way to explain it.

Nice and short. Rejection is real, fear is real. But you can act despite that, it becomes rather fun and useful over time.

Thanks for sharing. I think it's good that people are being able to identify their struggles, seek help and able to grow. That's what I read in that study. I'm waiting to see how it will be used to state that people with depression and mental issues get involved into pickup and getting even more depressed :)

I actually much more social, excited and less anxious after coffee.

She never rejected your invite, she wanted to do it at different time, so do it. I don't think there's general answer where is the line of chasing. It's OK to chase sometimes and not having a contact at times.

My rule is no alcohol. I might drink occasionally with friends, but never when out by myself. Anxiety should be reduced by practice, not alcohol. Also, when people want to buy me a drink I just ask for water (unless they just bring me something already), it raises me in their eyes that I can have so much fun without drinks.

It feels exactly like that - writing a line of text. Well, actually better, more exciting. There's no courage, your anxiety goes away and it just feels normal or exciting.

Friendzone doesn't matter. Easy to get in, easy to get out. What matters is when you get out - you face rejection, potential loss of a friend, feeling lonely and all that other stuff you don't want to deal with but necessary for personal growth. My problem is having vague borders. I test every single woman friend for that reason. She is cute, great personality, I might start to have some kind of emotional attachment, we might have too much of a physical contact, etc. That's the point to make a s…

Not necessarily single. How some of the guys with average looks, no confidence and no social skills are not single? Life is random, sometimes you get lucky. If you do make the effort though, you increase you chances of how fast you might stop being single as well as how good looking and nice personality girl you'll end up with. Yeah, you'll face lots of rejections, flakes, etc. along the way :) Totally worth it anyway.

Not a pro. 99% of my approaches are EDM nightclubs. 10-20 girls per night plus guys. I enjoy my favorite DJs, the music, the show, dancing, etc. If I get any solid contacts of that - awesome, if not - the night is amazing anyway. Most of the time I go by myself and I don't see much difference if I'm with a group. Going out and interacting with people so much I basically bump into somebody I already know quite often. Plus I don't have to coordinate anything, I go to shows I want and just let know…

Girls don't play any mind games. They live in different social reality and thus think and act differently. Think about this: multiple girls approach you every day, some of them get your contact. Having the opportunity, you want the best one. Would you hold off from texting that one that you like the most? Or at least top 3? Of course not. You might loose them and be left with all the crappy ones. Women don't chase, they show attention. And want the same. Texting is OK, asking when she has time t…

True. That's what naturals do. My friend is like that, he just talks to everybody, escalates on girls he likes and doesn't behave needy. He knows nothing from theory, reads nothing about seduction, watches no videos, everything through practice. Will knowledge give you advantage? - Yes, if you actually take your chances and create situation where it can be applied.

I agree with other answers and want to add one more option. It can be straight-up test. She wants to see what you're going to do, keep asking her or move on. It's a risky game for her especially if you have other good options. Also some people are terrible communicators. Also some people change their minds and don't bother to let you know. Real life is so much different. I've been in situations when I was ghosted and when we randomly meet she hugged me, apologized and explained why she didn't wa…

Reply in one week LOL, why would anybody even bother to reply after that long. What I noticed is that chatting on dating apps is very different from chatting with somebody who you met IRL first. Many people don't look in dating apps daily and have notifications off.

Humans are social, even introverts and shy people. I always "interrupt" people in headphones. I rarely see anybody being actually irritated, most of the time people are happy that somebody is talking to them because they would not be able to start conversation on their own. Important to note, I don't hit on women in a gym, I just talk to them about exercises and form and most of them are happy that somebody interested in their opinion and willing to help. I posted separate comment about "hitting…

I was thinking about the gym approach topic for a while. When I just started to learn approach, I approached people everywhere, even had benchmarks about how many people I should talk to, for example, my gym number was 2, had to talk to 2 people every time I go to gym, multiple times a week. Didn't matter men or women, it was actually scary for me to talk to anybody at all. If it was a women and conversation went well I'd lead to a contact. I had some contacts and it was a great social exercise,…

That's right. On top of that I'd recommend to look for excitement, or better learn to build it. I don't even need a contact unless she's excited to do anything with me. Only if there's time constrain I'd go for a contact to be able to follow-up later. If there's time, it's better to build up excitement and ideally go with a date/activity proposal after she starts to give you reasons to do that.

I actually like that he's not that good. It shows that you don't have to be a super-hero to get some results. There're some insecurities in body language that were pointed out and some phrases that weren't timed well, but despite that the girl clearly liked the approach and looked past some of those questionable moments. Videos like that is something that I and a lot of beginners can relate to compared to some 10-years-in-the-game coaches that just killing it and we are not nearly close to what …

Man that's amazing idea to have an archive of RSD videos! I saw some great materials, especially from RSD Max and now all those videos are removed since RSD went on that generic self-help path.

It can work both ways. I started with approaching absolutely everyone and the less anxiety I have the more I'm picky. Started with quantity and shifted to quality over time :)

I think it can be rather discouraging than helpful. It's like "I want to dribble a ball a bit better so I don't complete suck at basketball in my gym" and your response is "Your goal is to be in NBA, so you better get a good coach". It's true if your goal is to be in NBA, get a coach or better 3 and better good ones. Not everybody has that goal and not everybody needs to be that good. Taking little steps and be a better version of yourself is not that unreachable and hard. Also making your own m…
