This seems a little shortsighted to me. Laws concerning marriage and divorce may be out of balance, but that doesn't mean marriage isn't still a good idea or at least desirable for many men. MRA's can make information available and lobby for equal treatment before the law, but I think it is unwise to counsel for an abandonment of marriage.

A semantic distinction, yes, but is there a legal one? (I don't know.)

But when Weird Al sells his music, isn't that the product he is selling? I think GoldieBlox has a legal case, but they are being jerks about it. (Unlike good ol' Weird Al.)

Document everything. Keep all detention slips for others and you. Keep all papers and any comments she makes on all male papers. See if you can get papers from female classmates. Write down any situations that happen in class when she is discriminatory towards men. Consider recording class in secret. If she really is being this way, you need more than just your word, you need evidence.

Abortion is something that sharply divides our country. For or against, I would say it definitely falls under the "touchy" subject category. Which is why I think its important that we discuss our reasons for supporting or opposing and why I think this bro-choice thing is bad. An opinion on this subject deserves more thought than bro-choice gives it.

And I'm saying that abortion is an important and touchy enough subject that our beliefs about it should come down to more than just "can I opt out of the consequences". It makes both men and women look bad.

This is the quote that bothers me: "Your sex life is at stake. Can you think of anything that kills the vibe faster than a woman fearing a back-alley abortion? Making abortion essentially inaccessible in Texas will add an anxiety to sex that will drastically undercut its joys. And don't be surprised if casual sex outside of relationships becomes far more difficult to come by." Whatever your stance on abortion is, shouldn't it be based out of more than "My access to sex with women will be limited…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
