And since everyone knows I handle the behavioral health cases and those usually seem to be sexual misconduct cases, everyone cracks up when they see it hanging on my wall! Unless you do something really wrong before you get the license, it’s issued based on you simply meeting requirements. Women counselors also sexually exploit their clients a lot of the time, not just male counselors. I’d say they make up at least 30% of my sexual misconduct cases, and I imagine they actually get reported less often than males.
