Side note: I played aloof and told both of them I didn't know what they were talking about when I talked to them 1 on 1 last weekend. It sounds like you don't have a choice. If you now come clean after playing aloof you'll lose their respect and your frame. Why didn't you come clean in the first place? You lose a plate?! So what, there's billions more. Sounds like a lack of outcome independence and abundance. Just be upfront in future that you're seeing other people. Avoids any future drama.

Couple I've been listening to lately: J. Cole - No Role Modelz "Don't save her, she don't wanna be saved" "She think I'm spoiled and I'm rich cause I can have any bitch I got defensive and said "Nah, I was the same without it" But then I thought back, back to a better me Before I was a B-list celebrity Before I started callin' bitches "bitches" so heavily Back when you could get a platinum plaque without no melody You wasn't sweatin' me" Lil Wayne - 6 Foot 7 Foot "Had my heart broken by this wom…

I've just started reading Bigger Leaner Stronger after recommendations from /r/Fitness. It covers everything from setting your goals, managing your expectations, diet, supplements, workout routines. Everything is cited and backed by scientific and academic research. Should be a good starting point.

Admittedly a soft next was a bit harsh, but I considered it quite rude and was being a little butt hurt. Instead of seeing the positive side of it as you outlined I looked at it negatively. That's something I'm aware of and working on. Given your perspective on it it's actually quite endearing. Thanks for providing that perspective.

A Romanian Ex-GF used to say the same thing all the time too. Her mother was head of the he house though, despite a fairly masculine father; I still feel sorry for the guy. It was clear he wanted a son and got two daughters when he showered me with gifts of old army equipment.

Absolutely this. When I started reading TRP a month or so ago and began to realise the negative assets in my life (Video Games, Facebook, DotA2, Porn) I just cut them out. Took my PS4 and everything associated with it to CeX and got £350 for it; used that to buy some TRP related literature and Gym equipment. Deleted DotA and Facebook and now I waste considerably less time on both my phone and my laptop. It feels extreme, but if you don't get rid of it completely you'll just keep falling back int…

Holy shit was this eye opening! You just listed every red flag I missed in my last LTR that led me to TRP! Even down to her nationality.. Hopefully in future I won't need hindsight to see this. Thanks for that.

In all honesty. Get out. I had a LDR, (Bournemouth to London) so nothing in comparison to yours, with a girl who never initiated conversation and played games like this. I wasted ten months with her before I woke up. Follow the advice already given above. Go no contact, let her come to you, and if she doesn't, you have your answer. You're worth so much more.

There's a video that describes Bill Clinton doing this as a heavy brow is a sign of masculinity/high testosterone levels. Might be worth a watch: https://youtu.be/BwVrWaiqsYQ

Yep. This! I used to think I was an ectomorph, but once I started counting calories I found I was actually eating at a deficit everyday. Ectomorph was just a useful scapegoat for lack of effort.

Move on. Make no contact with her and focus on girls who want to spend time with you. If she ever did she'll get in touch

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
