yeah, i only smoked on once a week, but still the negatives outweight the positives, i realized that the whole "ritual" of rolling, smoking, and passing the blunt was more fun than the actual "high", and like you it would only make me paranoid and socially awkward. i've never tried smoking before sex but i've heard it before so i suppose its true, the only way i'd smoke now would be alone, listening to music...
