About my wifeI'm on dread level 2, (while continually working on level one. I stepped up and took on all aspects of our finances besides her personal stuff. We had a tree fall through our house and I've handled that situation completely. I've read NMMNG and MMSLP, Book of Pook, working on MAP. I'm lifting to exhaustion three times a week. I stopped playing video games, and started hanging out with friends more. | /r/askMRP | 24/05/16 12:06 AM

About my wifeI've certainly noticed both of these effects. She often insists that she's done after just one, despite my ability to continue and/or give her more. | /r/askMRP | 23/05/16 04:04 PM
About my wifeActually, dread was part of the reason I was asking. I started dread level two, and was trying to figure out how this plays into my life. I've noticed a huge improvement in myself and leading the family just in the way they seem to feed off whatever mood I project. That being said, the sex hasn't improved or occurred more. It's not something I'm immediately concerned about as we have a lot going on. (A tree fell through our house and has allowed me a great opportunity to show myself just how in … | /r/askMRP | 23/05/16 04:01 PM
I'm new and need advice.Lol. One day I'll look back on these comments and laugh I swear. I was curious when NMMNG said to read it with your spouse, and I did discuss some of the earlier stuff with her, i.e. childhood, society turning men into bitches, etc. Anything beyond that though almost feels like telling a friend's secrets. Anyway, shutting the fuck up | /r/askMRP | 06/05/16 03:43 AM
I'm new and need advice.Opening a book and reading about myself from a man who's never met me, being shown my weaknesses--usually ones I wasn't even aware of (covert contracts)-- was one of the best experiences I've had. I think it's just me needing to moderate my expectations versus reality. Obviously you're being facetious, but honestly now that I've been made aware, I don't think I could give up if I tried. But the advice is and always will be appreciated. Oh, and... Glad you could see me | /r/askMRP | 06/05/16 03:25 AM
I'm new and need advice. Also, ( I really am new) is STFU actually a term like dread, a&a/am, etc or do you literally mean just shut the fuck up? As in work on me, the rest will come after I've mastered myself? | /r/askMRP | 06/05/16 02:43 AM
I'm new and need advice.Yes I understand that. But at this point, the alternative is to stop without a degree, start over with a more lucrative career choice, or push through. Seems I can only keep going. But that's from my limited scope, maybe I'm missing something | /r/askMRP | 05/05/16 03:58 PM
I'm new and need advice.MAP... That's a read I'm definitely looking forward to. I was trying to do things in "order", but lacking a clear plan moving forwards and lack of initiative has always been one of biggest weaknesses. | /r/askMRP | 05/05/16 01:38 PM
I'm new and need advice.Appreciate the feedback. I saw on another thread comments about the Wendler 5/3/1 work out plan, and am following that to the letter with running on off days. And funnily enough (or not) I had GI issues that forced a huge change in my diet several months ago, but no doubt there's room for improvement. And I will definitely look into the YouTube series. A lot of stuff I read about like frame and dread, A&A/AM, I haven't gotten to yet and don't understand. Trying not to sprint through the material… | /r/askMRP | 05/05/16 01:37 PM
I'm new and need advice.Appreciate the feedback. Until now, that game is all I've used Reddit for, but it definitely seems as if I should put gaming aside for a while. It was never all consuming, but I could definitely make better use of my time. This is finals week, so next week I'm planning on sinking my teeth into the reading. Glad to know I can get timely, legitimate feedback. | /r/askMRP | 05/05/16 12:38 PM
