My apologies but that sort of procedure is too far out of my area of expertise to comment. You would probably want to speak with a urologist.

In Victoria (a state of australia) the regulations on prostitution (such as monthly STI checks) are such that the prevalence of STIs is actually lower than the general population... just an FYI, it might be different where OP is

Mate. Doctor here. If I was going to pick a cancer to have it is testicular cancer. It has an near 80% complete cure rate even in extremely advanced (metastatic- it has spread elsewhere I the body) disease. While localised it is easy to treat and has excellent outcomes. As a medical professional though thank you for sharing your story and increasing awareness!

Caffeine is not a diuretic. The only effect it has is potentiating the release of calcium within smooth muscle cells which means that they are more likely to contract. The effect this has is that it increases the basal tone of the bladder and thus increases your perception of needing to piss.

Great post. Just wanted to add, chasing your dreams and putting everything into it can and will involve sacrifice. Sex / female relationships might be one of those things. However light at the end of the tunnel is that if you are financially successful in your endeavors, cash can buy all the female company you could want/need.

In Victoria at least, the rates of STIs in legit sex workers are actually less than then general public. You have better chance of catching something barebacking some chick you pick up than a registered sex worker

IMO this is the sort of post op is talking about. You're personal views on the medical profession are your own, and that's fine. However this post has the potential to deter others from seeking help and as shit as you think the medical profession I do not think you can deny that for mental illness its better than nothing. Without looking into your history I wonder what your qualifications or experiences are which have led you to these conclusions. There are plenty medical students and doctors he…

What do you want, an echo chamber of supportive BS like the rest of reddit, or a direct and constructive environment where the goal of everyone is to improve? The intent of every post is to theoretically improve themselves or the help improve another. The way through which is communicated is irrelevant. This place is akin to a crucible of fire. You enter, have your perceptions/beliefs/ideas attacked and transformed, and hopefully become a better person. PS: your last point about selling out each…

Cannot agree more with your edit. Seriously, get your shit together. Put in a minimal amount of work and you'll outdo the vast the majority of the planet who are merely existing.

I am a bit late to party but my 2c. I am encouraged by the direction that the mods are taking with the sub. I especially like the desire for more structured/useful field reports. I have expressed it previously but I think a template should be offered for certain post types such as field reports or theories. It would aid communication and facilitate archiving of quality FRs etc. Another idea I had was a new subreddit dedicated to self improvement from a RP perspective.

Hey mate. Big props on sharing this stuff. Anything else you can think worthy of reading on military history / tactics etc. I've just recently developed a big interest in this !
