Lifting of course... but running?I think the mental benefits of running are a good supplement to the physical benefits of lifting. I don't look at it as a way to burn calories and get in shape but rather as a way to clear my head (almost like meditation) and my mood is always improved afterwards. Don't go too crazy with the distance, 2-3 miles a few days a week is good to do. It's always nice to have a little extra endurance anyway. Plus I'm sure there's some correlation between an elevated mood and testosterone levels. | /r/askTRP | 14/04/16 02:53 PM
An excellent and very Red Pill article about How Boxing Could Change Your Life (from British GQ Magazine September 2013)I live in NYC so I joined one of the boxing gyms here. | /r/TheRedPill | 03/03/16 06:06 PM
An excellent and very Red Pill article about How Boxing Could Change Your Life (from British GQ Magazine September 2013)Started boxing on Monday and so far I fucking love it. I'm relatively fit - I lift consistently and run 3-4 times weekly but honestly I've never felt so good / sore in my life after a workout until Monday. I contemplated getting into the sport for a while now and I finally decided to give it a shot and the only regret I have thus far is not starting sooner. Not only is it humbling but it also gives me extra motivation to workout now that I can actually put my training to use. I still have a ways… | /r/TheRedPill | 02/03/16 09:37 PM
Tune-up Tuesday: What is your #1 issue you need help with the most?If you actually want the muscle mass then there's only one way to do it. | /r/TheRedPill | 23/02/16 09:58 PM
Tune-up Tuesday: What is your #1 issue you need help with the most?Oh I was under the impression that you didn't do any exercise outside of the work day. If you're looking to build muscle then you gotta eat a LOT considering how active you are. Calculate your TDEE and eat at a surplus of 500-1000 calories since you're burning a ton daily. You can still eat well, just eat high calorie foods like nuts (almonds/cashews) and throw some peanut butter in your protein shakes. | /r/TheRedPill | 23/02/16 09:56 PM
Tune-up Tuesday: What is your #1 issue you need help with the most?I second this. Also 500mg magnesium (citrate) before bed at night helps me. | /r/TheRedPill | 23/02/16 09:50 PM
Tune-up Tuesday: What is your #1 issue you need help with the most?Your lack of testosterone is a result of not doing anything. Make a list of things you can do to improve yourself, choose one of those things, and start doing it. Don't even think about it. Just do it. Once you get into a habit of improving yourself in one area you can move on to other areas and avoid being overwhelmed by doing too many new things at once. Here's a starting list: • Lifting • Running • Reading • Eating healthy • Meditation • Hygiene Pick one and stick with it consistently. After … | /r/TheRedPill | 23/02/16 09:42 PM
Tune-up Tuesday: What is your #1 issue you need help with the most?I understand where you're coming from, 8 hours a day on your feet is rough. Try going to the gym at least 3 days a week, focus on your compounds (bench, OHP, deadlift, squat) and throw in a few sets of isolation exercises for whatever muscle group you want to supplement that day. You can do this in less than 45 minutes and as long as you stay consistent and eat right you'll see progress. The hardest part is getting yourself to the gym, once you're there the tiredness will fade and you'll be moti… | /r/TheRedPill | 23/02/16 09:21 PM
The Male "Make Up" Game. (Getting Laid With Minimum Effort)Interesting, I heard of something else that helps with the tolerance build up although I don't remember what it was but wasn't aware that l-theanine had similar effects. Glad to hear that's working for you being that you're someone who can actually justify taking it consistently. I'm just saying someone shouldn't be taking it because they're a little shy in public, that's something that needs to be addressed from within. | /r/TheRedPill | 11/02/16 02:24 AM
The Male "Make Up" Game. (Getting Laid With Minimum Effort)Takes about 2 hours to kick in, you'll feel relaxed and not really give a shit about anything. It's like alcohol without the intoxication. I noticed I was slurring my speech a bit the first time but that was the only time it happened. Also don't drink on phenibut you won't have fun | /r/TheRedPill | 11/02/16 02:18 AM
The Male "Make Up" Game. (Getting Laid With Minimum Effort)I take my vitamin D with krill oil or right after breakfast so yeah it should be taken with some sort of meal. I prefer to take magnesium at night because it promotes better sleep according to several studies. | /r/TheRedPill | 10/02/16 09:21 PM
The Male "Make Up" Game. (Getting Laid With Minimum Effort)Don't get too fancy with the supplements. Zinc and Vitamin D in the morning, Magnesium before bed. I throw in Krill oil and a B-complex as well when I feel it's needed. Stick to a consistent exercise routine and get adequate sleep. I believe going on a 2-3 mile jog in the AM really sets the stage for a successful day. Don't eat like shit. High fat + protein is key (for me at least). Carbs are necessary too but I try to only eat them post workout or with a meal containing high protein. I know muc… | /r/TheRedPill | 10/02/16 03:08 PM
The Male "Make Up" Game. (Getting Laid With Minimum Effort)Phenibut should be cycled to avoid tolerance and potential withdrawal upon cessation. It definitely works but not if you take it everyday. It's easy to get hooked on and a bitch to get off of, the withdrawals can be similar to alcohol/benzo withdrawal and that's not something you want to go through. It definitely comes through in the clutch when you have something coming up that causes you anxiety such as an interview/presentation and you should limit your usage to only those times. You'll feel … | /r/TheRedPill | 10/02/16 02:55 PM
5 things you can do to improve immediately.I was in the same situation as you a few weeks ago. My best advice is to get your room or wherever you are as dark as possible. Even go as far as to unplug those little LED lights on your cable box/alarm clock that emit light. Once it's dark enough you want to eliminate any noise distractions. This is the hardest part for me because the folks I live with like to keep the TV fairly loud and it's not like I'm going to make them turn it off so I can meditate so I bought a pair of noise cancelling h… | /r/TheRedPill | 09/02/16 01:40 AM
