It's just about doing what you want and building confidence. The alpha is the type of guy that owns the room. Not every guy should be or want to be that. If you become happy with your goals and yourself you'll find you are where you want to be.

I went from being a pessimistic and narcissistic asshole who thought I had everything figured out, to trying to understand everyone. People are mirrors, and what you see in them is a direct reflection or yourself. Understanding the inherent good in everyone (nobody wants to be a bad person) helped me realize that people aren't so complicated. Just be genuinely interested and understand other people. People aren't really as intimidating when you understand them. And it'll get you a better appreci…

Demonstrating attraction is important, but if you show too much interest than they're not going to respond well. You can be attracted to lots of people, but showing someone that much interest isn't. A relationship has to be built, starting from attraction and moving upward. Take it step by step, don't jump to giving them all your attention because it comes off as needy and a lack of confidence.

I mean yeah, too much too soon will push people away. However much interest she puts into you should be reflected back. Less is fine if you're playing a push/pull, but more will just push.

Some people can be seriously crazy.

Or she didn't want to say no and she's just not that into you. Don't take it personally and move on.

Actually definitely don't get your hopes high like that. She's just a girl.

Yeah Idk, it's just so unnatural. I mean it'd work but it's so much effort when you could just talk to people. If you're curious about somebody questions should come naturally.

2 of those times should be immediately after you learn her name, and once when you end it. "Katie? Hm.. Well hi Katie." "It was nice talking to you Katie."

Go to amazon and look at the men's colognes. Sort by average review. Buy a good one. Don't cheap out. I'd recommend versace eros. It's my go-to scent and I get complemented on it frequently.

It can be hard to not let that bother you, but you have to. She did you a favor. She's a bitch. You deserve better. She's missing out. Always provide value to everyone around you. If they don't accept that value, it's their loss.

This is the correct way to handle the situation. Now I'm not saying it will always work, but you have a better chance than responding to a 'shitty text' positively.

I thought about adding that video when I made the post, but it was right before bed and I was feeling lazy. Great video.

Exactly what I was gonna recommend. Fuck, all you need to do is talk if you stick to that escalation technique. Read the original. The post is more of a refresher, you'll get more out of the reading.

Body language. Mix of anticipatory and excitement. Moving a lot, smiling, slanted mouth, playing with fingers. It kinda looks like she's nervous but at the same time thinking about something else.

Look for women in the place where the type of women you want would be. Yoga class, bar, bookstore, concert, whatever.

Stop worrying about your friend. Stop focusing on getting girls and focus on being a better you. You're lacking confidence if you're posting this on here. Make yourself a better and more confident man. If you learn how to be a confident, comfortable, and social man then the woman thing will happen. Women aren't attracted to guys who learn pickup, they're attracted to men who are confident in themselves.

Hey a person who thinks they're fat but they're actually anorexic we should help. A person who thinks they're a woman even though they're actually a man? We encourage them. Body dysmorphic issues seem to only apply to what's politically correct.

I can't get the pdf to work. Clicking the subscription but in the email just takes me to email instructions.

Just remember its all about bettering yourself, not just to pick up girls but for better happiness overall.

The go-to recommended right now seems to be Models by Mark Manson. I haven't finished it, but it's great for covering the basics, building inner game, and learning how to be a more attractive and confident man (instead of just picking up girls). The Kino Escalation Ladder/Ramp is a good (but small) reading for learning Kino basics and physical escalation. Other than that there's a ton of different books out there. Comes down to preference on which "method" you wanna buy into. They all just have …

It's basically the foundation of the pua community. It's outdated, but still gives all the good basics and just told you to be confident and have fun.

You're missing the point of TRP. It's more about the fact that women claim to be victimized by our society and criticize male behavior, even though often when you really take a look at the situation the opposite is true

It's good at getting her to open up and connect with you. Those types of questions make people feel closer to you, because they're making themselves vulnerable to you and not just asking the normal "where do you work" bull shit.

I'm saying this for your benefit, don't do this. There's thousands of eligible women within a 30 minutes radius. This girl you don't even know can't be that important. Move on dude.

Yes but the girl was obvioyslt into him. This could have the reverse effect of what it usually does and make her chase him and try to qualify herself more.

You're not stuck. Pull yourself together, work on your look and your self confidence. It sure as hell won't work if you aren't gonna put in the effort.

Sometimes people watch, sometimes people don't. What's important is Inner game, which is about being confident in yourself and not worrying if someone's watching.

Right? Imagining that scenario in my head actually made me cringe.

I've never thought of this. So if someone gets drunk behind the wheel, it's still their fault but if a woman has sex with a man who was equally intoxicated, they can't consent? Fucking horseshit.

I recall seeing an article on the front page a few days ago that was talking about how bullies tend to have higher self esteem, self worth, etc. This would seem to back the "Just World Fallacy".

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
