Most of the great strides in the average health of the population were made by scientists who certainly do not look like nor act the 'Chads' this sub goes on about. Although I would agree it's good to have healthy kids on a societal wide basis this doesn't make sense because having a healthy but average intelligence population doesn't allow the strides to be made that would improve said society and by extension the health of society.
