| 1 | Is being non-reactive showing low self-respect?/u/wakaflocknerd gave you the best answer, but just to add to that... Let's say you're really skinny and someone calls you obese. Would you 'stand up for yourself', and try to prove them wrong? Of course not, because what they said is absolutely ridiculous. Standing up for yourself means you concede that their opinion has merit, but disagree. Laughing it off, amplifying it, turning it on them, shows that its as ridiculous as calling a 7 foot dude short, or a weightlifter out of shape. | /r/seduction | 13/02/16 10:15 PM |
