The Kindness ChallengeOkay, so for acts 4 and 6, I really had to use my imagination. Act 4: For my collegue at work, I made some shifts in our work load, so that she could have this Monday off as paid day off. She really appreciated it. Act 6: haha, this was hard one, but I hope we count that I wished happy birthday to someone I don't really like. Lol. | /r/RedPillWives | 07/12/16 08:17 AM
Weekly Reflections with RPWi – December 05, 2016Good: I really used last week well while my bf was in the army. I had me-time, I put on some Xmas decorations, I cleaned and just enjoyed the feeling that I have someone I can miss while he's away. Bad: I had couple of days off this week, and it showed me how overworked I am. I need a vacation and thank god I only have work for ten days or so, I need rest! Ugly: nothing. Despite having a hard week, I think it was good break to be by myself, no mistakes were made, I finished my to-do-lists and fi… | /r/RedPillWives | 07/12/16 08:11 AM
[FR] Bring your captain your problem. What an excellent fr. I loved the end where you wrote that what if he had not acted upon your wishes. That shows maturity, recognizing that this could have been covert contract in the making. "I communicated, therefore he must do as I wish." I'm glad you brought it up, because I really struggle with those feelings at times. :) Also, I loved the way you made effort for him out of appreciation. That was lovely. :) | /r/RedPillWives | 07/12/16 08:05 AM
The Kindness ChallengeI can't do these in order of the days so I renamed them act 1, act 2 etc. according to the list in OP. Act 1: I went to see Dermatologist. Ah, I was so in need of that, I have adult acne and my dermatologist is the only one who can keep it under control. Act 2: I bought my bf and I matching Christmas calendars. He became so happy when I sent him the picture of those in the army. Act 3: My sister is in a need for a break, so I'm taking her to see some stand up and have some sister time. Act 4: Fo… | /r/RedPillWives | 02/12/16 08:37 AM
Weekly Reflections with RPWi – November 28, 2016Yeah, and I have! At the same time I miss my SO so much but at least I can get all the gross stuff done while he's away, lol. I don't look my best right after my dermatologist, it takes couple of days for my skin to look amazing but before that, I look like a monster. :D | /r/RedPillWives | 02/12/16 08:28 AM
GratituesdayIt's not tuesday, but I'll update this week as well: I'm grateful that I have SO that I can miss while he's away I'm grateful that I have some me-time while he's away I'm grateful that I got to see some of my friends this week that I haven't seen in ages and today we have girls night with my sister. We are going to see some stand up comedy. | /r/RedPillWives | 02/12/16 08:26 AM
Weekly Reflections with RPWi – November 28, 2016Good: I have finally unpacked everything! Even though the stress was high, I've managed to unpack and decorate and I've started my Christmas preparations as well. Bad: Bf left to the short army practice last Saturday. I miss him bad, but I'm gonna take this opportunity to have some me-time and take care of my self. I have already booked dermatologist appointment and met some of my friends I haven't seen in a while. Ugly: I messed up at work. I have this project in my hands, and I'm responsible f… | /r/RedPillWives | 28/11/16 07:06 PM
Weekly Reflections with RPWi – November 21, 2016Good: I had to hold a speech in this huge national event last weekend. My bf came to support me, and we had awesome weekend at a hotel, my speech went great and I felt so happy to have him by my side. Bad: Stress runs high because of work, but I've been managing it fairly well. I think I need to carve out some me-time for two reasons: I feel prettier when my nails are done and eye brows are in order, legs shaved and skin exfoliated and moisturized, but I'm also nicer person after some pampering.… | /r/RedPillWives | 23/11/16 08:40 AM
gifts for your manThis is our first Christmas, and we have agreed to get something for each other, but we set the price limit for 50€. Also, another criteria is that we are not supposed to buy anything that is a waste of space or money. So l'm getting him a t-shirt I know he wants and a piece for his Nomination bracelet. :) | /r/RedPillWives | 23/11/16 08:32 AM
GratituesdayI'm grateful for my bf for so many reasons, but these are on top of my mind: Last Sunday I had huge work related event which was big on a national level as well. I have been working really hard for it and it made me so nervous but my bf was my rock. He even came with me to the event and helped me calm down before my part. He was so great that weekend. He put on our Christmas lights while I was on a business trip. They are so pretty, and he did it to cheer me up because he knows I love lights. Ma… | /r/RedPillWives | 23/11/16 08:28 AM
5 Mistakes Men Make When ProposingSo it seems cultural standards are really different. Usually we pay around 10 000€ for the whole wedding, spending that much money for one ring sounds absurd to me. And I even come from a family with pretty good household income, we're not poor on any standard, upper middle class maybe. Anyways, I don't wanna sound like I'm criticising you guys, your rings sound unique and clearly lot of thought went into them. I'm just trying to point that towards rings there are clearly big cultural difference… | /r/RedPillWives | 06/11/16 08:34 AM
[FR] I still have long way to go, but I'm learningThank you. It seems so small, but in my first LTR I used to escalate this kind of situations all the time. Something small happened and I nagged or sulked and suddenly we had huge fight. Way out of proportions. After we broke up, I realised that I don't want to be that kind of partner ever again. | /r/RedPillWives | 06/11/16 07:37 AM

5 Mistakes Men Make When ProposingThat's actually creepy. And manipulative. | /r/RedPillWives | 05/11/16 07:53 PM
5 Mistakes Men Make When ProposingWoah, I still think those are pretty expensive. Where I come from our engagement rings cost about 200€. Wedding rings can be over 1000-2000€ but never I've never seen anyone wearing over 500€ engagement ring. Most couples I know have their rings within the price range of 100-200€. Either your ring prices are seriously inflated or you buy way flashier engagement rings that we do. :D | /r/RedPillWives | 05/11/16 07:41 PM
Interesting article in Elle on Love and a new personality testI liked the test and how it's based on actual hard science with studies about brains and personalities. I found that my description was pretty accurate, I was negotiator-explorer. Instead of personalities, I was more interested about the dopamine-serotonin-scale. I see it rarely brought up, and those two brain fluids are in key role explaining our behavior but also have an impact on our mental health. If anyone is more interested about serotonin and dopamine here are few links that might be help… | /r/RedPillWives | 02/11/16 03:09 PM

GratituesdayI broke my back last weekend, and I'm so grateful my BF has been able to help with many things, now that I haven't been able to even lift a laundry basket. I love my family, when I called them that I broke my back, they made a big family dinner and my dad drove to pick me up from another town to relax with them for a day. I'm grateful that when I couldn't do my work, my co-workers did all the important and busy tasks that I had scheduled. I felt bad for them 'cause they have their own work as we… | /r/RedPillWives | 20/10/16 06:29 AM
Weekly Reflections with RPWi: 10/17/2016 The Movie EditionGood: We have very similar views about our future, at least for now. He is very open about wanting to include me in his future, and it makes me really happy. Bad: We have had both problems with our health, first he had tonsillitis and when he recovered I broke my back on a work trip. Ugly: No matter how pretty I think the autumn is, I always get little down when there's not enough sunlight. I'm taking extra vitamins and doing my mindfulness exercises but this time of the year is hard for me. | /r/RedPillWives | 20/10/16 06:24 AM
Weekly reflections with RPWi: 10/10/2016Good: We had an awesome date night last night with dinner and movies. We hadn't planned it beforehand but we had so much fun together. Bad: Hubby is really sick today, he has been having cold lately, but we thought he was over it. Today however he had to leave from work and go to a doctor's to get some sick leave and antibiotics. Ugly: I need to work on my discipline and productivity more. I'm having serious problems with procrastination and I'm not sure how I should start addressing it. Part of… | /r/RedPillWives | 11/10/16 10:43 AM
Gratitude TuesdayI know it's not Tuesday anymore, at least in Europe, but time-zones are a tricky thing and this one was posted so late last night so I'm joining the gratitude fest now. My SO. As he is. I just feel so lucky that I met him. My family. I won't dig into my family history here, but every time I think what we've been through and where I would be without them I'm filled with insane amount of gratitude. My work. I'm one of those lucky people who get to do what they really want to for living while makin… | /r/RedPillWives | 05/10/16 08:42 AM

Reflections with RPWi: 10/03/2016Good: Well I'm back here, finally, after some turbulent times. Also, life is pretty much good, I love autumn and how it makes everything so nice looking with the softer light and bright coloured leaves. Bad: Quite a lot. I'm struggling to keep up with my work, my exercise, my cooking, me self-development and a new relationship. Some days it get's little overwhelming. Good thing is, that I have managed to keep my temper at all times, even if I'm struggling to find a balance. Ugly: I have been eat… | /r/RedPillWives | 04/10/16 12:14 PM
RPW HAS 1500+ SUBSCRIBERS! LURKERS AND NEW WOMEN INTRODUCE YOURSELVES, EVERYONE COME CHAT <3Hi everyone, I'm not exactly a new member, but I was never really active and then I had to take some time off reddit, so I decided to introduce myself, as many probably won't recognize me. I used to go to the old sub, and then moved to lurk here as some personal issues were unfolding and keeping me busy at the time. I promise I'll get more active soon, I look forward to your advice and good conversations! | /r/RedPillWives | 04/10/16 11:56 AM
Don't be so afraid of usOff topic, but I on the other hand think that lessons of etiquette and poise could be very welcome in here. When I started my journey and had remind myself that I can be nice, the first thing I did was to google etiquette and reminded myself of manners. It was easier to be nice, when you had some sort of knowledge about etiquette backing you up. It has also been nice to see how people respond to you when they notice that you show them respect with proper etiquette. :) | /r/RedPillWomen | 28/01/16 12:10 PM
Weekly self-reflections with RPW 25/1/16Good: Lot of things are good. My job is great, the guy I'm seeing is great, my friends are great but... Bad: My hamster has decided to stop hibernating and is running soooooo wild. Last week I really tried to STFU (Great theme week btw :D), but I guess I still have a long long way to go. My hamster got wild with my job, my family, my friends and this guy I'm seeing. I guess new year brought up some insecurities, and some days I'm just really lost. I've also noticed that when I get super busy, my… | /r/RedPillWomen | 26/01/16 08:33 AM
A book report on the Surrendered Single by Laura Doyle pt 3I see it like this: he suggests you do something, then unless there is valid reason why you don't want to/can't you go with what he suggested he asks you what would you like to eat/do/etc, you honestly tell him your preferences but leave the decision to him I see no point in trying to make it hugely complicated issue. Or is the point of a good captain that he knows what you enjoy and tries to incorporate it after time? Or do you really just only do what he likes No one reads minds. Assuming some… | /r/RedPillWomen | 13/01/16 11:00 AM
A book report on the Surrendered Single by Laura Doyle pt 3Yeah, it was such a good comment though, new people like me and many others I see coming here would probably appreciate it too, let's hope they find it! But what I found most striking is that for the longest time I would do things for the guys I was with to make them love me and it never occurred to me to cherish when they do for me because that is when they know love... This! And I realized that men need to be loved differently than I do. I need more to feel protected and safe, he needs more to… | /r/RedPillWomen | 12/01/16 09:25 PM
A book report on the Surrendered Single by Laura Doyle pt 3I think that comment about male romantic fantasy that you linked would need a RedPillWoman-post of it's own. Maybe it already has but I missed it? It was mind-boggling reading it, and realizing how right the men were. (It's not mind-boggling that men were right, it just simply was new perspective to me, lol) The women you see in the media nowadays are either hyper-sexualised or you go girrrrrrrrl -powered Mary Sues or depressed hipsters, but there isn't many recent examples I can think of that w… | /r/RedPillWomen | 12/01/16 08:50 PM
Weekly Self-Reflection Thread: 11/01/2016The good: I've managed to keep up with the exercise routines. Maybe it's just wishful thinking but I think my booty looks better already after three weeks or so :P Met a guy, and now we are slooooooooowly but surely building trust and getting to know each other, we have different temperaments but it seems we can actually move into relationship instead of just dating The bad: Work is busy now, as I managed to secure funds to start with this huge project that goes on until the end of next year. | 1 | How do you make it feel like the Holidays?I'm Christmas crazy. When I was sharing my apartment with other people I needed to be careful not to over exhaust them in mid-November, lol. But this year I live alone and I started embracing my inner x-mas spirit in mid-October, haha. I decorate, I listen to Christmas songs and I start buying presents very early (this is also budget thing, I can't afford to buy them all in December). I also bake lots of stuff, this year made an exception to that, but I started today. At my parents my mom makes … | /r/RedPillWomen | 10/12/15 05:00 PM
Weekly Self-reflection Thread: 7/12/2015I've bought most of Christmas presents that I was supposed to and few extras as well. I'm going over to my parents to wrap them with my mom, as she has a lot of wrapping paper that we can share. My sugar-free month is over, but it definitely left permanent changes to my tastes, as many things taste very, even too, sweet to me now. But I celebrated the month ending by baking cookies using lovely recipes that you shared here a while ago. So thank you all, they were easy to make and delicious. I've… | /r/RedPillWomen | 10/12/15 04:51 PM
Weekly Self-Reflection Thread: 30/11/2015So I finally figured out the proper exercise model for me. Now I only need to stick to that, lol. November was a no-sugar month for me and I'm so happy I managed that. It also opened my eyes to the amounts of sugar we eat without even noticing it. I'm ENFP so staying positive is fairly easy for me, and adding the Christmas feels to that I've been just a real bundle of joy. I've had to actually tone down my excitement few times because not everybody gets high on Christmas spirit. I also started m… | /r/RedPillWomen | 03/12/15 09:26 AM
Weekly Self-reflection Thread: 16/11/15Guess I could try listing mine as well. Last week was kinda huge for me as I stopped eating sugar. I have always had such a sweet tooth, I love chocolate and I add sugar to my tea and coffee. We made a bet with my sister's SO to leave sugar for a month, and I've been sticking to it. There has been lots of positive things out of it, but two biggest are that I've come to realize just how much sugar you can eat during the day without even realizing it. It is just so common that when you sit in long… | /r/RedPillWomen | 17/11/15 06:50 AM

Lurkers, we would love to hear from you!Hey everyone! I feel like I'm kind of late to the party, but decided to introduce myself anyway, now that I have little time. I found red pill by accident over a year ago, I think. I didn't found red pill women though until this summer, when I started to get familiar with Reddit. I think I was accepting what red pill men were writing about, but I just wasn't sure how to apply that to my own life, as I'm not a male, and they can view females pretty negative at times. Then my relationship to my la… | /r/RedPillWomen | 16/11/15 08:06 PM
