I agree with this. Specially if someone is a beginner, they should just approach women they are attracted to as much as possible. It builds confidence and egotistical indifference to rejection. The way I see it is: do not reject yourself, let her reject you. Also rejection is not really bad, it just means incompatibility between two people.
