1	Am I wrong in finding this a little offensive? I might add, this is the first time I've referenced that video in a discussion about men's right's, i've usually only used it in reference to the way government and power work in India. That video was never before (to me) about gender roles, but more about how power works in a practically stateless society. 1	My first ever "rape culture" epiphany. I may owe MRA's an apology. It shouldn't be rape unless you say "NO," and you should be excused from saying no if you're unconscious, and only then. This is my problem. I think it should be rape if either party does not want the sex to happen. However, I don't think it's willful rape unless the accused (the person being accused of rape) was aware that the "victim" did not want to have sex and that the accused but proceeded anyway. Yeah, I know what you're getting at and it was probably caused by my saying: Assuming in this scenario, the girls still do not actually want to have sex with him but do not verbalize their non-consent, the act would still be considered rape because the sex would not be consensual. But I think what you would be pointing at is that legally speaking, if we had no idea what he was thinking and only saw maybe a video of or heard a retelling of the actions that took place, the linked poster could easily avoid being charged with rape because given a good defense, he could claim that he did not know the girls wanted to leave and were not consenting to sex.
