Yeah I have to say classic hypergamy on this one. I would be careful about huge, religion-level changes at an early stage though man. You will have changes in perception, but keep in mind 'God' is a very easy go-to for 'why'. If she were Wiccan she would probably say it was because of a new moon. Or because she needed to 'find herself.' Her excuse for why she left is just an excuse.

Actually my response was pretty unbiased. All I am asking for is one shred of evidence that she may be telling the truth. Anything that might counter the fairly decent case the lawyer of the frat has put together. She needs only create reasonable doubt that she is lying.

I know! Even the major news networks are talking about how this 'hurts women who really have been raped' and they don't even stop to consider what effect this has on men, relationships greater society, or the moral implications of women being able to point her finger and having the entire country white knighting for her. I wonder if there be any real reflection on this by journalists, it almost feels like they will just press the next case that much harder.

In order to believe she in not a liar I at least need some part of her story to be on the level, and there does not seem to be a single part of her story that is corroborated by the facts.

The journalist didn't follow any of the usual ethical reporting guidelines because the reporter 'thought the accuser was credible' and that is good enough for the fine 'journalists' at rolling stone. Yeah, the logic of a bunch of feminists looking to someone who we rely on for high levels of innovation and creativity and telling them, 'Conform' is entirely beyond me. I guess they must be thinking, 'Maybe if we push enough men to not want to do a thing for society or anyone in it, women will finally start making the choice to get into stem fields'
