Honeymoon phase is over brother, she's slowly taking off the mask and giving you a glimpse of who she really is. Pay close attention to what she does and if that voice in your head is shouting with doubts, it's probably time to end it.

Sounds like some alpha widow shit. I had an ex and early in the relationship I was chilling with her and noticed some guy had poked her on Facebook. Years later, I noticed she was following his now wife on Instagram who I remember she had told me in the past she hated (I didn’t ask why but looking back now maybe because she got with him?) In the end she ends up cheating and monkey branching. Long story short, always trust your gut if something feels off it probably is. These are your boundaries,…

Fortunately for my brother he witnessed me get cheated on by my fiancé of 8 years. We talked a bit and I showed him a zeroed out post on here. Proud of the guy, he’s working two jobs and focused on heavy lifting all at the age of 19.

Forget about the wall of text - she can feel the dread and it's a blatant attempt to manipulate you. At the end of the day, you're right - words don't mean shit. Her actions are absolute and in my past experience when people start changing up to the point it makes you doubt the relationship it ultimately leads to the end of said relationship.

Been around a few guys like this. They just have a tendency to drop everything at the first hint of pussy. Honestly just trust your gut with these sort of things.

Ceramic braces at 27, turning 29 this year and they’re coming off in a few months. Really couldn’t give a fuck what people think because I’m doing this for me and it’s coming out of my pocket . Apart from the aesthetic benefit there’s also the overlooked oral health benefits that come with it. Also I’ve been with a few chicks and really they haven’t said much. Just the general how long have you had them blah blah

This is just what I’ve noticed but me and my friends have coined them as “Gucci” babies. Somewhat akin to baby fever but these girls are seeing their friends have kids and treating them like accessories and posting all over Instagram/social media (never see their partners in the post with the kid). Slowly it spreads and they all have babies and do repeat the same behaviour.

Got ceramic braces last year at 28 have about 6 months to go. As adults people really don’t care about your braces. I’ve been with bitches and also they don’t give a shit. Plus you’re doing this for you, no one else. A year will fly by.

Made a decision and you committed to it. I think we as men tend to experience the sunk cost fallacy more than women and ending a relationship makes you question whether you did the right thing. I was cheated on in an 8 year relationship. I wish I could have ended it earlier on when all the red flags were there. I admire you man, well done.

She effectively has ruined your life as well as your kids. What makes you think she even cares about you at this point. You can be a great parent without the need of staying in a relationship with her. Provided that kid is indeed yours of course.

She had a really strong attachment to me which I think stems from her fear of abandonment. Throughout our relationship she would say crazy shit like "I love you more than I love myself", "I would die for you". When we were younger 19/20 at we started seeing each other she ended up convincing me to meet her parents even when I wanted to take things slow. Also she used to go out with her friends back then (I didn't stop her) she would call me crying saying she didn't want me to leave - we had only…

Happened with me as well. Together 8 years, engaged and soon to be married. Looking back now she had BPD and with that sort of shit it’s gonna take some time to recover. Surround yourself with friends and family and when you’re alone do some introspection but from a logical view. You need to let go of the idea you had of her and accept the reality she has presented you with. As cliche as it sounds, time does heal wounds.

She doesn’t deserve the time of day. Remember she was the one who put you in a difficult place in life. And what now? She thinks she can just waltz back in whenever she wants? Gtfo

I was with my last LTR for 8 years and we were engaged. We were pretty much inseparable she would say shit like "I love you more than I love myself", "I would die for you" all the crazy BPD shit. At times I wanted to call it quits but she would threaten to kill herself or would cry and that shit hurt to watch. I caught myself losing feelings and wanted to break it off but she pulled me back in. Skipping to the end, she cheated and monkey branched. Long story short, it's trauma bro. It's going to…

Yes it was a one and only time - banged a friend of mine who I knew had a boyfriend. Saw her posting up photos of her and the boyfriend with some bullshit caption. Felt guilty because the poor guy is oblivious to it all. Wouldn't do it again.

Everything comes at a cost. They will end up as whores or settling for unfulfilled relationships. At least you understand the discipline of hard work which is vital for surviving this world. Sure monetary wealth may not come as easy compared to these thots, but I’m willing to bet if you lost it all, you would find a way to build yourself back up in a moral and ethical way. Today’s society is fucked and unfortunately we form part of it. Just focus on what you can control and mute the unnecessary …

Red pill aside, for me morally it’s a shit thing to do to someone. End of the day she’s a human being and in fairness shouldn’t be treated like a doormat. Women are vindictive little creatures. If the opportunity presents itself she might just cheat on you to “get even”.

These guys know her through me. Strange view on things. Do you abandon your friends and violate the friendship when you’re “bored”? Seems like a bitch thing to do. But to each their own mate.

Yeah I dropped these guys straight away - bunch of snakes that added no value. Fun fact - my best mate at the time messaged my ex during one of our fights at 4am. I think we can all guess what was going through his mind.

I understand what you're saying - nothing wrong with being supportive. Personally, even before TRP I purposely chose to limit my interactions with my friends partners. Usually it was just a basic hi/bye. The only time I "involved" myself in their relationships was just being someone that they could hang out with when they were fighting with their partners. But going back to the sort of guys I initially alluded to - they would constantly tell me the same things over and over again - I don't see a…

Hey man, I was going through a pretty shit time at my job. Would even say I was depressed for 9 months. I decided to quit with no job lined up - didn’t expect it to be that difficult to land another job given my qualifications and experience. It took me about 3 months to land a new role. Honestly having the first month off was refreshing but coming into month 3 where I was starting to dig into my savings wasn’t a situation I would want to be in again. If you have enough funds to last you some ti…

Shows you she's not accountable for her shit and is manipulative. She shouldn't have told you because of your reaction? Well maybe she shouldn't have overstepped any boundaries in the first place - this is pure gaslighting. May have to reconsider her LTR status mate.

I've been there before, trying to establish LTRs with girls who had high n counts thinking I could save em. But you know what they say, can't turn a hoe into a housewife. Later on you realise them sleeping around is just a manifestation of deeper issues i.e. low self esteem, seeks instant gratification, inability to bond - the sort of things you don't want in an LTR to possess. Your reservations is just your gut instinct trying to warn you from getting into a potentially bad situation. Better to…

Yeah - she hates you lmao. Honestly man no point tryna mind read how people feel. Even if she told you she still had feelings for you how could you honestly know for certain? My ex was with me for 8 years and she cheated. I hate the bitch and would never take her back. I don't have those romantic feelings for her anymore and don't even entertain the idea of ever seeing her again. As petty as it sounds what I feel towards her is the very definition of hate and I hope nothing but bad things happen…

Bitches aside, lifting is for you. It's one of those things that make you feel good inside but manifests externally. The harder you work, the greater the results. Results that you can actually see and feel. As you build your physique and and strength, a by-product of this is a higher self esteem. I've been there before, used a break up to start my lifting journey - that was 10 years ago. I continue lift for me, honestly couldn't give two fucks about anyone else. Didn't have any ex come back but …

Similar to you man, fiance of 8 years cheated and monkey branched. Tried making sense of it and found monkey branching > light switch effect > red pill. Honestly, shit is rough - it's nothing short of a traumatising experience for anyone to go through. Right now it hurts, feel the emotions and let them pass. Just continuously make an effort to improve and value to your life. As cliche as it sounds, life is way too short , especially to be caught up on someone who was willing to hurt you like tha…

Losing frame or not it's probably safe to hazard a guess that she has these thoughts about "doing better". Relationships aren't fucking easy, they take a lot of work. She's blowing up your phone right now because you're not in her orbit so her anxiety levels are through the roof. If we're treating an LTR as a lifelong commitment I would seriously consider re-evaluating the relationship.

Similar to you I'm not close with any of my friends ex LTRS and I don't make an effort to befriend them. I'll bump into these girls from time to time and say hi/bye out of being polite. I've also had girls that cheated on my mates. These bitches belong to the streets. Recently a girl that cheated on my mate replied to my IG story, totally forgot she was following me - blocked her and let my mate know. Didn't have to think twice about it.

Could also be that she was fairly close with my ex as well. But fuck that shit pissed me off hearing from my own mother it was unreasonable doing what I did.

Yeah 100% man I don’t want anything to do with my ex. Part of the reason why I dropped these guys. They see us in pain and suffering yet choose to still hang out with the person that caused it all. These sort of people are trash and we don’t need them. It’s a hard pill to swallow knowing the majority of people wouldn’t do the same shit for us and have our backs.

You're right. Over the years I have recognised I have somewhat of a superhero complex, always wanting to help others. I would always make excuses for shitty but I'm fucking done with that. It's sad to kill off that piece of me but it beats being disrespected and disappointed. These days if people don't reciprocate, then I'm out.

Glad to see most of us are on the same page. To me regardless of BP or RP it’s about respect and staying loyal to your friends. For all I care these guys are fucking snakes and they deserve each other. Guess women wouldn’t understand cause even women hate women, go figure.

I’ve had this rage for about 6 months now. Naturally I’ve always been hot headed and anger is my coping mechanism. My breakup was messy af, she cheated, I took her back then she monkey branched. What really pissed me off was how she manipulated me and fucking wasted my time. It helps to put things into perspective - you’re better off without them and can now focus on your mission. Also you’ll know what to look out for in potential LTRs. Sometimes we just have to take the positives out of a shitt…

100%. I was the best man for one and I was considered to be his brother. The other I’ve known for about 20 years. Taking things into perspective there are people out there who married and have kids caught up in the separation. Definite positive I never got there. I now don’t freely hand out my trust and loyalty like a cheap commodity and now always back myself. End of the day no one cares more about you more than you.

Every story has two sides and most people regardless of what sex you are, will present the more favourable side. But from personal experience I’ve noticed women tend to exaggerate the “negatives” making themselves appear as saints and their ex partners look like monsters.

Doesn’t take a genius to figure out she’s in the wrong. She’s your LTR and is obligated to respect your time. They can act dumb and clueless all they want but they know what they did wrong. Apply dread until she makes it up to you. Remember talk is cheap, we want to see some tangible actions otherwise she’ll see this sort of shitty behaviour as acceptable.

Depends if you want to go scorched earth on her ass. If you keep no contact and like you said offer no closure, it'll fuck with her ego. You'll come out as the "winner" so to speak. On the other hand, if you still care about her then by all means listen to her drivel.
