MTV went out of the way to find a few kids who were hurt by the system without being too creepy. There are plenty of people who we probably wouldn't be so upset to see on that registry. You really are a misandric piece of shit, aren't you? And that comment you quoted is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Let me quote it again. This hits close to home. I was sexually assaulted by a 15 year old when I was 18. I was punished, because the police believed him when he told them I asked for it.…

So what any time you have an argument with your spouse you should just beat him/her into compliance? What a stupid thing to say, and clearly not what I said.

Wow, you are a huge mangina. Men bring it up less because men are dedicated to the relationship while women are selfish and demanding. Pretty simple. Somehow you think this is a good thing for women and men are to blame. Wow.

misogyny is a cultural attitude of hatred for females because they are female… Okay.... It is a central part of male-dominated sexism. Nope. See, you are already apologizing for something that doesn't even really happen. Men don't hate women for no good reason. Men hate the things women actually do. Where is this so-called irrational hatred of women in the western world? Nowhere. By acknowledging the author's claim as valid you throw anti-male advocates a bone. Misogyny is basically non-existent…

Yes, yes, we know, only the government and women have the right to use physical violence. Also I was not defending it, I was explaining it. You claimed "he ruined his own career". I claim it was far more complicated than that.

I'm sorry, but there are some aspects of game which have merit. Remember when I said stop apologizing? This is an example of what I mean. You don't have to apologize for recognizing that Game has some merit. Game has a lot of merit, but yes it is misused also and it can promote pussy-begging. But to acknowledge beforehand that you're "sorry" for mentioning game is to completely delegitimize the concept, the exact opposite effect of what you intended.

I wonder what she did to deserve that? Perhaps threatened to keep his children away from him? Perhaps hit him repeatedly first? Yeah, that's usually how these things start. Howard, who lives outside Philadelphia in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania,[1] was married to Lori McCommas for 14 years.[9] The couple has three children: two daughters (Aubrey and Heaven) and a son (Hunter). Howard and his wife divorced in 2003 and remarried again in 2005, but have since separated. Also: http://bossip.com/51305…

But my dear igs, it is you who is the asshole. In your book, anyone who disagrees with you politically or even questions moderation is "violating the mod policy". Funny, one would think you'd want people who actually care about this sub-reddit and call out inappropriate behavior by the moderators (such as when you routinely harass newcomer MRAs) rather than just more people who fall in line and never dare question your behavior.

What?! An actual men's rights activist as a moderator? Who woulda thunkit? What we need is more extreme leftist feminists like ignatiusloyola. /s Hey by the way, is your moderation policy to block every submission that you don't like rather than letting the users decide? For example, ignatiusloyola told me that this article about how Romney, Santorum and Gingrich promise to ban pornography isn't men's rights material and initially refused to approve it through the spam filter. My opinion is that…

This is the kind of stuff that should be at the top of men's rights. So should my thread about how Romney, Santorum and Gingrich promise to ban pornography, but apparently ignatiusloyola felt the need to protect y'all from it. :/

Parenthood, a contract with the state? Fuck that, the state should have nothing to do with my family.

Apparently ignatiusloyola does not believe that pornography laws that primarily incarcerate men, primarily demonize male sexuality, and are intended to prevent men from seeking sexual release other than through congress with women, are a men's rights issue. Therefore he has refused to allow my submission, rather than allowing the users to decide. Amazing.

How do you know? It's impossible to you that the naturally healthy thing for women would be to have children? Did you know that breast cancer is more common in women who do not have children? So why is it impossible that women are also healthier psychologically if they go through a pregnancy than if not? Don't stick your head in the sand and stop thinking just because an idea doesn't agree with what you've been told. You've been lied to about a lot of things, and it's entirely possible that this…

I have a quite visceral response to this shit. Here are some quotes: This is being a real man, putting his life at risk for his girlfriend. RIP good guy boyfriend Good luck to the GF, trying to find a hero after him. A mensch. No dude she dates afterwards will ever live up to the young love that died for her. kind of sad. That man is a true hero, if only there were more like him! Tragic for him and his family/friends but think of the issues that she's going to have after that. Any follow up on h…

Also see the /r/pics thread where they're glorifying him as a "real man" for sacrificing life for his girlfriend, and chatting about how no other guy could ever live up being "that much of a man": http://www.reddit.com/r/pics/comments/pq6iz/he_had_a_locker_next_to_mine_in_highschool_wish_i/ Yes, to these folks, the only real man is a man who sacrifices his life for women.

You are allowing SRS to affect your behavior and affect people who post here who are new and may not be trolls, and will be put off by your behavior. At least ensure that you explain why you're taking screenshots. But honestly, the whole idea seems very pointless unless it's a very long and questionable story. If we are looking at every single self-post and doubting whether it's real, and changing our habits because of it, then SRS wins.

I choose the sites I wish to submit here, fella. Ferdinand does not. I have free will and the tone you're taking isn't helping your case.

Dude. When you guys do this, you are figuratively letting the terrorists win. Stop letting SRS control you so much. You don't need to screen cap every damn thread, and if you do, then EXPLAIN why so people don't have to ask why you're doing it. Honestly you are running scared which is exactly what SRS wants.

I'd focus on the manosphere if I were you, that's where shit actually gets done anyway. This place is poorly moderated, trolls are abundant, and generally the focus is on sensational articles. Real MRAs only use this place as a vehicle to share the work they're doing.

You are if you don't speak up or oppose them in any way. No, that is not the issue. We can "police" ourselves just fine. But it is not our responsibility to respond to the demands of anti-men's rights individuals to lynch our own members. We handle it internally. We do not answer to our enemies, we answer to ourselves.

But the thing is, it's not acceptable to hit anyone. We live in a culture where that basic concept is instilled in men, but not women. So I don't get angry when she does it. I recognize that this is a product of the culture she grew up in. I look her in the eyes and I say, "it's not okay for you to hit me" she apologizes, and we move on. But in the past, I would have just laughed it off. You are allowing abuse to continue, and excusing it. Dump her or remain her bitch.

My comments apply to being attacked or being criticized. The whole population of this sub-reddit is not responsible for the actions or statements of a minority of individuals in this sub-reddit.

You aren't adding anything to the conversation but NAWALT!!! We already know that. That's why I said "almost no woman". And again, you're saying NAWALT!!!! I suggest you keep shut because you are just proving that indeed, all women are selfish and care only about themselves.

We are talking about when r/MR is attacked, the best strategy is not to get down on your knees and beg forgiveness for the actions of a minority. The best strategy is to quickly dismiss it as irrelevant, which it is, and focus on promoting men's rights issues. Call out "misogyny" in our ranks all you want, but when people attack men's rights as a group by focusing on individuals, the correct strategy is to correctly point out this is a logical fallacy, that individuals do not represent the whole…

There is a difference. There is absolutely no reason to respond to the accusations of supposed "misogynists" here at all, other than a quick mention that not every poster here represents the movement. No need to delve into it further. Dismiss it quickly and move on. The longer you talk about it the more you MAKE it an issue. Then, immediately start discussing important men's rights issues and examples of important posts here, to show that this sub-reddit is dedicated to important issues, while i…
