9	Oh silly me. I thought she had raped him. With him being 11 and all. Hermesmann vs Seyer. One of the most ludicrous legal precedents ever set. Even if the father of the child is raped he can still be on the hook for child support. This precedent establishes that any child conceived, even through a criminal act, can render the father culpable for child support. Edit: just realized my wording isn't the best.
