1	Man Falsely Accused Of Sexual Assault Awarded $1.8 Million In Damages NCIC database will always show the arrest. In this situation the arrest alone will prevent him from accessing federal installations that require RAPID IDs. Every facility has a list of arrests/convictions that they use as a go/no go criteria. Every criminal activity about you is submitted to the ncic where it stays forever and cannot be removed. 16	Student assaults officer, spits on them and racially abuses them. Judge "I'm not sending a lady to prison for this" she gets 200 hours community service instead. That does not sound rational at all. Allow the next generation of judges make these changes. We do not need wide sweeping change whenever there is an injustice.	/r/MensRights	14/03/17 06:31 PM
