It has to be an intrinsic calling. But on another point, what's the rush, 30s or nearing 30s are a much better time to start relationships. Many people don't peak until around their 40s- 50s. In the long run, this will allow you to attract and keep your dream girl. You may currently be too busy ( in med school) to put effort into your game, but when you find a target worth pursuing, you are of high value. My one critique, is that watching movies is not a waste of time, you can always learn something from the story lines and character development, if you're watching decent movies.
