The best way is to keep things in text if you can and especially when its sexual sexting can be very helpful in providing consent or other proofs. If you have videos all the better as long you have consent you can tie back via text. Written proof or hard evidence is the way to disprove a Lotta bs I keep it casual like I'm just reminiscing about the experience but in reality it's documentation.

No that would be murder but what would make it fair is there being a system that allows both potential parents say on all decisions. If mother makes the unilateral decision then father has option to opt out of all care, post birth. Right now you can opt out of all care except financial so there should be a amendment to that, but I'm not for killing kids.

Equitable child birth law: if both parties do not consent to child birth after the parties confirm the woman is pregnant then the party who doesn't consent is NOT responsible for child in ANY form (including financial). I get this sounds like dead beat stuff, its just unfair it takes 2 to make the kid but only 1 person gets to make a decision that will change your life forever.
