My buddy was bored so he wanted to join and I said it's fine lol. I texted her asking if he could and she replied "That would be weird but I guess". As a former dumbass who did plenty of dumb shit like this before I finally woke the fuck up, you sir are an idiot. You blew it, time to move on. The good news is we've all been there, once day you'll look back at shit like this and be able to laugh at yourself instead of cringing with shame.

This applies to all interactions, not just with women, but I first noticed it's effect several weeks ago with women. It's very hard to do, but there have been several times now where somehow I've managed to just chill the fuck out and lock into the moment. The more you make it a habit to socialize with random people, the more you will train your instincts on how to get more of the outcome that you want. This has helped me a lot.

It's not guaranteed, but I find that about 90-95% of the time if she's holding it she's interested. I'm glad he asked this as well because I've always felt like this is my natural style but I've been fighting it due to all of the "high energy/good vibes" recommendations. Have you actually put this into practice at all and seen results? I'm going to have to start embracing this and testing it.
