We are probably too old, but I think the "Girls who Code" type of summer camps etc certainly have some (small) impact. Anyone who works with kids or their parents can probably help.

As a technologist I am quite supportive of Women in Tech groups. The undergraduate computer science graduation rate for women has dropped under 20% and I think this hurts our industry.
