| 1 | I literally cannot remember the last time a woman approached me in public for anything.Back before covid, I would usually take my lunch at a small public square near my downtown office, one where a lot of professionals, tourists and transient folks hang out, too. The houseless guys would ask me for money and the tourists for directions/help, and maybe they'd bother a couple other women. They'd walk past the many men in suits and beeline it for us on the daily. I'd curtly say no to them before they could even muster up a request.
