Going through this myself currently. Was with my ex for 4.5 years like yourself. Only been 3 months. Have had sex with 2 girls a couple times each and got the same emotionless feeling afterwards you talk about. Same thing as you , before I met my ex I was meeting girls all the time , having sex with different types , races , etc it was great. But I think after I had sex with my ex and realized not only was I super attracted to her physically , we also had an emotional bond that really took sex t…

My ex was kinda like this. What I did, and I didn't do it intentionally mind you, I would flat out turn her down when I wasn't really in the mood. It would drive her crazy and in a weird way I think made her want me even more because I was probably the first guy in her life who told her " no thanks " when she's giving herself to me on a silver platter. Of course I also made sure that when I came town to have sex it was always or close to being A+ quality so that it was worth the wait. I forgot w…

You're EXACTLY right. I feel the same way. My ex was one of those. She didn't have any hobbies/interests outside of Netflix. When I wasn't giving her the attention she wanted she would post a pic on social media to get the validation or entertain guys who messaged her who clearly had an angle. I mean this is messed up to say , but the best ones nowadays are the ones who either grew up ugly and now are attractive, or maybe the attractive girl who got out of a bad relationship and thinks she's a 5…

Same. Before I met my ex , which was 4 years ago. It seemed like online dating was WAY easier. I was constantly getting dates and I would say I was at a worst place then than I am now. I was chunky, had acne, broke, and in college. But I was still somehow able to get constantly laid on there. Now I feel like I'm in the exact opposite situation and have way more trouble. I've been on like 6/7 dating sites/apps for like 2 months and have only had 2 dates

Seriously? Just dump her and move on or you'll be back here in 6 months with " my gf of 3 years cheated on me what should I do "

I started doing deadlifts about a month ago. At least 3 times a week. Have definitely noticed it helped with just standing up straight naturally and not having to be conscious of it if that makes sense. Actually kinda cool

My ex of 4 years did the same anytime I would break up with ( we broke up 4 times). I knew I was done with her when she did the last time and in my head I was like " please do". I would just break off any contact with her and STICK TO IT. She'll eventually go to sad to mad. I saw my ex on some dating website and she blew up my profile sending me messages calling me all these names. Ha

I'm in my mid 20s and feel the same. When I was 18-21 I would bang just about anything. But it seems like now I'm not willing to grind as much for it if i don't think he's worth it

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
