No. If you practice OMAD or some other intermittent fasting, you will find that your mind / focus are much clearer. Plus you’ll be healthier for a number of reasons. Also, abstaining from nutting for a bit should raise your testosterone and make you more capable of standing up for yourself. Women want you full so you are lazy and not clear minded. I do OMAD and it’s pretty much keto. I keep it insanely simple: boiled chicken, spinach salad, hot sauce, fermented cabbage. OMAD frees up my whole day. I never have to grab lunch. I just wait until the end of my day and eat a small portion of food. It keeps me healthy, energetic, and happy.

I eat once a day. It’s almost always a spinach salad and homemade chicken soup. I hike and kayak, when the weather is good. Every other day, I do push-ups. Lots and lots of push-ups. Today I did 150. I love being in a normal BMI range. My energy level is high. At my lowest, I was 60 pounds overweight. I will never let that happen again. GYOW and be your own boss so you actually have time to do what you want to do.

The guys who stripe the highways make a LOT of money, depending on the region. I know a crew where the crew leaders make over 100k/ year and that’s with 3 months off in the winter. The kettle guys (guys who throw 50pound bags of thermo paint in the kettles all day) average $1800/ week when busy (includes per firm).
