there is no "source" for the patriarchy its just the way things are in the world. rulership is predominantly male and the way gender roles are based means that men are expected to be more logical than emotional

the patriarchy is just the idea that in modern society, the rules were made by men, the predominantly male government, the social standing of men. you didnt even bring up what i actually said in the statement that men are forced into being emotionless for the most part because men (in these perpetuated gender roles) are expected not to be emotional.
