2	If you want kids – why not just not get married? At least you wouldn't have to pay alimony but just child support up until the age of 18, right? This is the best strategy for those who want a family but not the unending liability that goes with being married. Have kids. If the relationship works, great. If not you only pay child support not vagimony. Custody laws are getting better so don't be put off.
