8	An example of "Rape Culture", SJW's and the 48 Laws Public shaming only works when 2 parameters are met. 1. The individual being shamed is capable of feeling shame, even for a behavior that they know was not wrong and 2. Those doing the shaming have either the support of the majority or the tacit support of the silent majority through their silence and/or apathy.
