Sure. Life sentence is fine with me. But we have to jail them. Letting them go back to assault more innocents is unacceptable and will destabalize our soceity.

Respectfully, I disagree. It's better that 99 criminal serve a jail sentence along with one innocent than 99 criminal run free and harm/kill hundreds of innocents. Catch and release has been an objectively terrible policy.

She's trying to settle down with one of those rich, handsome guys she was sleeping with in her 20s, and still hasn't figured out those dudes were turning down serrious relationships too. Apex men don't date for long term either. She'll go 15 years hunting for a phatom before adopting 6 cats that don't like her either.

Wow the ELCA is even further gone than I thought. How could people deviate so completely from such a bible-centric church as Lutheranism.

They are doing you a favor. Any potential date who reads this stuff and believes any of it is filtering themselves out early. Do not acknowledge it. Just let it flow into the black hole of forgotten internet content. These people crave attention.

That's one of the funny things about film. The projectionist can just cut entire scenes out of the movie and the audience may very well be none-the-wiser. I used to cut bad frames, bad splices, or damaged sections of film out. You won't even notice a bad frame or two being removed. If too much gets damaged e.g. more than 3 seconds, we'd just order another print.

I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes. Remember, all I'm offering is the truth – nothing more. This is your last chance. /r/RedditMinusMods/ Hint: Since November 2020, less than 1% of the content on the front page made it there organically.

Terminator Dark Fate was reasonably good. There were some pretty bad movies after T2, after Cameron ceeded control. I think Dark Fate was a major step back in the correct direction. Real stakes, properly echoing the narrative of the prior films, decent character growth, esp for Arnie.

35 is too old to have kids. Back it up a few years, 31-33.

You are horrendously off. An income of over $100K pays 35-45% of their income in taxes. Did you only use Federal or State? Did you neglect social security, property taxes, sales taxes, and vehicle registration? This also completely ignores payroll tax or self employment tax.

Falsely accusing someone as a rapist should be something that anyone can easily find out about and haunt you for the rest of your life. A criminal record is a start. The sex offender registry is appropriate.

Yup, I'm with you. How can you "insider trade" an international financial crisis? OP is butthurt they didn't sell their stocks in February. Insider trading requires secret information, such as a company's financial report before earnings or early information on a business deal the company has not disclosed yet. Everybody had the same low-quality information about the virus and she decided to sell instead of ride it out. No crime here.

Statutory rape is a strict liability crime in the US. That means that the circumstances are completely irrelevant. The law only cares that you had sex with a minor. No matter to what lengths you went to supposedly verify the age of your partner, the fact that they were still under 18 is enough to convict you. You can ask for their ID. You can ask their parents. You can ask for their birth certificate. You can run a full blown background check. If all of those documents were false (e.g. clerical …
