Its refreshing to see a decent Foucauldian take on this. I would caution you on your over-stating of the amount of agency one can possibly exert over this internalisation. The answer - Management, Senior Management and Board of Directors... How many do you think there are? Probably 10 directors or thereabouts as would be normal. No more than 3 senior managers (so probably 2 men and a woman), and perhaps up to 10 normal managers - 6 women and 4 men. Using percentage stats for very small numbers can be incredibly misleading.

Plenty of rape advice still revolves around advising women not to put themselves in dangerous situations - that can't be denied. The problem I have is only taking ONE approach or the other.
