As FrangiTango said, many foster parents are in it for the money. But that's not surprising. What I suspect is the culprit is the system is way overloaded, and the agencies skip over even the minimal amount of due diligence needed to screen out the undesirable foster parent applicants, just to process the load. It's totally abhorrent and devastating. That kid was 3yo. I can't fathom how anyone could possibly lose it over someone that young.

If it's any consolation for the whiny bitch, from a lot of the vids I've seen (much of them here in this sub!), the retaliatory punches aren't even full force. I'm curious about the surgeries, which are glossed over in the news report. Shouldn't they also be going after the surgeons in this case? I would think, or I guess hope, that even if a mom is deluded/faking that there's something wrong with the child, a surgeon would actually examine the patient first and confirm an actual condition before cutting.
