I would really like to see that statistic, because I believe it's bullshit.

Can't you understand that our position is not one that relies on an anecdote? Our position is reliant on the unfair ways in which family courts deal and how divorce laws fuck over the higher wage earner. Furthermore, add this to the fact that 70% of women initiate divorce and that 50% of couples get divorced. Regardless, it's not natural to stay with one person for the rest of your life. A normal long-term relationship is just as good without the superficial title of marriage.
/r/MensRights09/09/11 01:26 PM

Be careful, you're setting yourself up for a common law marriage. If your friends think that you are married, and you tell everyone that you are, even when you aren't, the divorce rules will still apply when you break up.

"More male full-time stay-at-home dads than ever before." This indicates nothing in regards to the proportion and how they are treated.

Yes. Exactly. When we point out the crazy Feminists who advocate male castration, they refute by saying, "Well, they don't represent true Feminism." Yet, they disparage r/mensright's by saying that we have crazy misogynists in our midst. Their logic is inconsistent, which evinces that they use sexist trolls as scapegoats. Women do not care about men's rights. We must fight them mercilessly, yet non-violently, as they have fought us for the past 50 years.

Feminists and most of TwoXC do not care about equality; they do not care about men; and, they despise r/mensright's. They justify their hate with saying that all of r/mensright's are misogynists, and they refuse to open their eyes to valid points, statistics, and wild inconsistencies in laws. We are absolutely not the problem; they are, and so is every White Knight that joins them.

One thing that I've learned by being a lawyer is that good and bad arguments always cite "very specific laws" to support their decision.

Either their responsibilities should match their privileges, or they shouldn't. As of now, they get all of the privileges and none of the responsibilities. That is the way that YOU would have it. America is fucking done, and a large part as to why is because White Knight fucktards like you are accomplices to the short-sighted feminist agenda.

Haha, seriously. White women, in general, are the most arrogant, self-centered, over-privileged, and narcissistic people in existence. Evidence of this, for instance, is that this female commander feels that it is alright to publicly state something like this. You would NEVER see a man in such a position making this kind of a statement.

dude, adding women to the work force nearly doubled the work force, but at the same time, very few positions were added. Housing prices and such will always keep up with what people can afford. Do you see now why it requires both the mother and the father to work?

I think there is a bury brigade occupying this sub-reddit, and it's curious that the recent front page post concerning the girl that lied about her age and the man that is going to jail for having sex with her disappeared after only a few minutes.

Hahaha, someone copied your post, and since they didn't post it in r/mensrights, it made the front page. I'm still glad that at least some men are waking up to this nonsense.

This article is still biased. When the article mentions that Ball's argument was that a parent has the right to use corporal punishment to discipline his children is infused with bias. The very words, "corporal punishment" are meant to strike fear in people and cause a reaction. Besides, that's not what Ball was advocating, and even more, corporal punishment is a loaded term -- we can all agree that there are degrees of physical discipline. Much of the article is about how much Ball hurt his wif…

Wtf are you talking about... the entire tone of the piece is one of entitled feminist bitchiness and general hatred for men. Towards the end of the article, she can't hide her hatred for men anymore, and she lashes out with "other horny men who think a quickie..." God, you are so annoying. I'm so sick of you and others saying that certain things don't belong here. You're narrowing our support as much as possible. To make it worse, things like misandry do belong here because that is the mindset that causes us to become oppressed in the first place. Don't you see that is why feminists have focused on misogony for so long? That article from that Lesbo Norah really opened my eyes to how women think. They are even more arrogant, narcissistic, and plainly narrow-minded than I previously imagined. Does anyone realize how much rage there would be from the feminists if the gender were reversed in this article? On another note, fine, women can believe what they want, but for fucks sake, if you think you are better at everything, then stop endorsing affirmative action. So many men are losing jobs to women who aren't half as qualified, and yet, women are better at everything. Fuck everything about this.

My motives are not punitive. My motives are of ending feminist hypocrisy. I don't wish to punish anyone. Your support for unequal treatment of the female homeless implicitly punishes the male homeless. I cannot think of a good reason why you would support this kind of treatment against men unless your actions were motivated by hate and intolerance. So you see, you being a bigot is actually the most reasonable thing for me to believe after reading your posts.

I'm a hardcore MRA but your post actually is true for the most part. There is a difference between FGM and MGM, and that is that the clitoris accounts relatively for much more sexual feeling than the hood of the penis. Yet, other kinds of FGM, such as solely the cutting off of the labia is probably even less significant than male circumcision in terms of sensitivity loss. Regardless, all of these things are clearly bad and for women to support MGM but not FGM just because MGM entails a slightly …

Idiot, I propose that the government doesn't force me to pay for a disproportionate amount of women's services when it is the men who are disadvantaged. Your problem is simple. You see all women as being victims and all men as being completely self-sufficient. This means you are a bigot in real life, just not in your candy-imaginationland view of bigots only being white rednecks.
/r/MensRights27/06/11 10:11 PM

Probably the most accurate statement in this thread. I want people from across both genders to understand this by looking at the kinds of things that Feminists support.
/r/MensRights27/06/11 10:07 PM
2

I've always known this would happen. My friend argues that affirmative action will come to bite the Feminists in the ass when it comes to favor men. I know better. I know that the Feminists will just fight to remove it once the majority is female. When Feminists say "EQUALITY", they mean "SUPREMACY".

Third-Wave Feminism should now be referred to as "White Girl Feminism".
/r/MensRights27/06/11 10:02 PM

I'm going to lay this out for you in as a simplistic manner as possible. 1. Feminists claim to support equality. 2. Feminists fight solely against women's homelessness, as opposed to men's homelessness. 3. There are far more homeless men than homeless women. 4. Fighting solely against homelessness only for women and completely disregarding men, therefore, goes against traditional notions of what fighting for equality means. That took me approximately one minute to write. If I were a betting man,…

/r/MensRights27/06/11 12:18 PM

This post should be upvoted to the top! This is exactly what I despise about Feminism. Feminists want quotas for the positions at the top but not for the positions at the bottom; they don't want equality! If there are 20 male neurosurgeons in a state, and 1000 homeless men, Feminists will argue in the sake of equality that there should be 20 female neurosurgeons, but they won't say a damn word about how there are only 50 homeless women.
/r/MensRights27/06/11 11:58 AM
6

That is so funny. If I try to remember all the homeless people that I have seen on the streets in my life, I can remember seeing about two women and more than 500 men. In fact, I see homeless men every day on my walk to work. When one thinks of a homeless person, they envision a man. I love how Feminists make up statistics to get what they want.
/r/MensRights27/06/11 11:55 AM
5

When you do so in the name of "equality," it's wrong. I have nothing against interest groups that admit that they are interested in solely one group, but Feminists have consistently argued that they are for "equality," which implies that they support lessening imbalances, and they receive many benefits through this guise.

I don't need to make friends with someone whose bias is so palpable. That is your weakness. They make many arguments about homeless women and about how certain legislation will increase the rate of homeless women. They completely disregard the bigger issue, which is the extremely high number of homeless men. My point is that this is a recurring theme of Feminists arguing for legislation and other things that help women in certain situations, but do nothing for men, even when men have it worse. It is not only insulting that Feminists need to turn every single problem into a gender issue…

So women can kill their husbands and get away with it by claiming that their husbands were too bossy. It's this kind of glaring injustice that makes me hate feminists who completely disregard things like this, all the while complaining of FUCKING MALE PRIVILEGE. the problem with saying that it's a reciprocal relationship is that it never is. Women will never generally give back to men the way that men give to women. On the one hand, women might do nice things for the one they love, but I have yet to see the kind of general goodness and sacrifice in women that I see in men.

The most frightening thought in the Men's Rights Movement is that victory is impossible. This is what Tom Ball feared, and this is what I fear. When we have so many men fighting against us, how can we possibly endure? To that, I say, "live free, or die. Death is not the greatest evil."
/r/MensRights19/06/11 12:56 AM

Personally, I think that men should have no decision at all in matters of reproduction. It is insulting that, as a female, I am looked upon by those that are below the 95th percentile of the men that I would mate with. Read between the lines, I want absolute control and power over everything.

This is so funny. I honestly haven't seen this kind of bias in media since 1920's racist magazine articles. “does not support the mother’s way of raising the child,” -- If you don't agree with the woman, then it's your fault that she killed the baby. “does not respect the schedule and rules” for the child, etc. -- If you don't respect the woman's rules, then it's your fault that she killed the baby.

The biggest problem with defeating feminism is that men want sex so badly that they will give up on their beliefs and ideals in an attempt to appease women. Women can still act like total self-entitled arrogant bitches and get as much sex as they want. Another thing to remember is that women do not care about equality; they care about themselves. Men on the other hand have a natural inclination towards justice. This is why we are losing. If men were to unite and treat feminism as the enemy, we w…

When I referred to a Feminist's defense, I was not referring to you. Hence, I used a general argument provided by Feminists, in addition to your argument, which was similar. I think that your observations are spot-on and well supported. Furthermore, I share in your sentiment that women are not completely to blame for the way that things are. Why is it that a Feminist's defense to inconsistencies that we point out in their rhetoric is always defended by the argument along the lines of "not all feminists are alike," or, "you're...generalizing"? Do you understand that this argument is weak in that it implies that Feminists do not actually stand for anything as a group, and that rather they are just a collection of different people with no common viewpoints? I think that it would help to understand the female psyche when it comes to things like this. It is shocking to think about someone possessing this sentiment in regards to molestation, because it is antithetic to our (men's) own moral code. However, when thought of from the perspective of many women, harm that comes to men does not concern them. Furthermore, a transgression against one of their own (women) is far greater than any harm that comes to a disposable man. To come to terms with this hu…

Where did we say that it is one of the worst things that one can do. I am simply pointing out an inconsistency; a double standard. I'm not surprised. I hate to attribute a common belief to a gender or race, but I'm beginning to believe that many women are prone to thinking that women are likely to be innocent and that men are likely to be guilty, given the same set of objective facts.

Where are you getting the "Over half of all marriages end up in divorce initiated by women" statistic from? Regardless, the number is so high that I agree with you. The expected value of happiness for me is higher being single or in a relationship than being married. Partly because it is such a clear injustice that I don't think the legal system would allow for something like this. I understand that that is faulty logic, but this story is just shocking to the senses. Why would anyone in their right mind get married when things like this can happen? If this story is real, which I'm not sure that it is, I pity you so much man. What happened to you isn't fair, and it's for exactly this kind of reason why I will never get married. I consider this to be the last generation that gets married before divorce laws start to change because of how unfair they are.

Well, that girl in the video is faking it. No rapist would say, "because women don't have rights or opinions in my country." That is feminist blather in an attempt to control what is happening half way across the world.

This is so logically unsound that it bothers me. First, money is a commodity just as "quality genes" are when a woman is looking for a mate. Second, why is the man presumed to be raping the woman when it is the man giving up money and other commodities to have sex? Third, and I say this to communists, good luck getting rid of currency you delusional bastards -- your desire to control everyone to be "perfect and equal" is egotistical, arrogant, and narcissistic.

Read her other posts to see that she has a daughter, not a son. She is trolling. Don't fall for this.

You have a daughter; not a son, you feminist troll. Go back under the bridge from where you came.

If this post isn't some kind of joke (and I'm sure it is), here is my response: Men in this world do not exist to make a better life for you. You are not special, you are not a flower, you are not a Disney princess; you are part of the majority of humanity (meaning that there are more than 3 billion other women to replace you). Most likely, you do not provide that much to society, and you deserve no special treatment. Surely, you will be disgusted at that idea. However, I truly believe that once…

I'm not really looking for a class that simply points out all of the things men have done throughout history. I'm looking for a class that would highlight issues that are important to men, much in the way that this subreddit does. I'll be a third year at Harvard Law School, and I'll be taking a womens' studies class with Catherine MacKinnon just to see how ridiculous she is.

I'll be fine, I already have a good job lined up. As long as I don't ruin my life by marrying someone and then getting divorced, I should be fine.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
