| 1 | Because Rape doesn't have to be violent.Being drunk or otherwise chemically imparied does not excuse a crime. Such as adultery. Or statutory rape. But we know that a 17 year old young man could physically restrain and rape an adult woman, and that young man could be convicted of it and the woman would be a victim. So a 17 year old young man could take advantage of a drunk adult woman, and according to you, rape her.
