Good looks definitely help, and it'd be great for a change to actually see an Asian/Indian bro work the room and pull someone worthy home. But in my 10+ yrs of nightlife in the cities I mentioned, I've just never, ever seen it happen. And I used to - and still do - go out plenty. Like I noted, things are slowly changing, and that's awesome.

Bingo, lol. OP is probably some Asian/Indian dude and knows that there are many struggling members of those groups (no offense) that frequent this sub. Only online do you read inane BS like "I have an Asian/Indian friend who kills it every weekend with 9s and 10s". Bull-fucking-shit. Maybe 0.0001% of Asian/Indian guys are like this, but the vast majority are struggling hard. Not saying they're all incels, but most of them have to put in a solid bit of work to get any kind of action. I've been ou…

As for the interracial relationships, we're only just now seeing the young attractive entrepreneurs of immigrant/minority parents actualize themselves. Before recent political climates there was no room for a minority to be high SMV in the same ways that white men were high SMV. This is no longer the case. Also, as generations of immigrants come and go their attachment to their cultures traditions (ie: marrying within their religion/diaspora) becomes less and less. As a whole both whites and non…

one of the biggest problems for you indian bros in the US is that you socialize so much in your desi communities and it skews your perception about the overall population. There are plenty of Indian Americans born and raised here, that have mostly American friends, and they still struggle with non-Indian women. It isn't just the FOB desis that are struggling. Once in a blue moon I'll spot an IA dude with a cute non-Indian chic, but those occurrences are exceedingly rare, even in supposedly more …

I live in the USA and this simply isn't true. The only black group in the USA that does consistently well with the hb8s and hb9s-10s are famous athletes. Also depends on the demographic. At least with white women, black guys (compared to, say, Asian/Indian guys) do better, albeit marginally so. The percentage difference is probably too miniscule to fuss over, though.

I didn't notice this at all in California and in NYC. If anything it's the opposite. Maybe I should visit Texas sometime...

Very true. It's quite strange when you start to really notice it.

Exactly. NYC has tons of amazing women, but the competition for them is also fierce. Lots of dudes with great jobs, generational family wealth, looks etc etc. It's also quite clique-ish.

I live in Manhattan and it's exceedingly rare to see minority guys with women from other races (let alone attractive women of other races). And I'm no hermit, I work and play here, go out tons with friends to events, bars, clubs etc. I'm not saying "I've never seen a non-white dude with a cute chic", just that it's not that common...yet. But over the last 5 years or so it's gotten ever so slightly more common, I'd have to say. Maybe the future will be better yet...

Great post. There is entirely too much bro-science on TRP and the manosphere in general, and not enough real science. I've said it before, but for folk that take so much pride in being rational and scientific, posts like the OP's (which unfortunately are common) leave much to be desired from the community.

You gotta understand, there's a ton of basement dwelling neckbeards around here who take their ideas of how reality works from this subreddit alone. Not all, but definitely many, and they don't like it when someone comes along trying to speak logic and truth that doesn't agree with their preconceived ideas of how the world ought to operate.
/r/TheRedPill21/12/16 04:42 AM

Seriously. For a subreddit that prides itself on rational thinking, there sure are a lot of posters who fall for basic logic fallacies all too often.

At the time, I thought she must be particularly dykie. I was wrong. The same one loved movies and tv with hot shirtless men and had a computer folder with pictures of them. I see no inconsistency on her part - those guys are in the top 20% of men in terms of looks. The 80% figure I stated came from this OKCupid study: "women rate an incredible 80% of guys as worse-looking than medium. Very harsh." https://blog.okcupid.com/index.php/your-looks-and-online-dating/ It's important to note though that…

Nah. Was never the nice guy, just something I've learned from observing women over many years - friends and chics I hooked up with, often within hours of meeting them, lol. "Slut shaming" is pretty minor these days. Compared to yesteryear, sure. But if you think most women could boldly proclaim to the world that they fuck 10 guys/month and face no consequences whatsoever, you're either incredibly naive or living in some fantasy world. How many guys would want to get with a woman like that, and p…

It is hurtful to tell the truth to the majority of men, just see the resistance by men of TRP. This. Considering that most women find 80+% of men below average looking, there would indeed be a lot of butthurt guys if the truth was laid bare.
/r/TheRedPill18/12/16 06:59 AM
5

This, pretty much. People in general (and women especially) are terrified of being judged, and women are especially weary of being labeled as superficial sluts. Hence the typically generic, canned response of "a nice, sensitive guy blah blah blah" whenever she's asked what type of guy she really likes.

you want to hold onto the idea that hard work always overcomes looks in all situations. Wha? Where did I say anything about hard work trumping looks? This. Also, OP, given that it was just the second date...I bet you by the 3rd date at the very latest, you could've had her had you not been overly insistent. Yes, always try to get physical, but there's a right way to go about it, and there's also a fine line beyond which it starts to look a bit desperate/rapey. You have to learn where that fine line is, and that comes with experience because for each woman it's different. Anyway, live and learn. There will be plenty of others, don't worry abou…

Excellent post, and I agree completely. It's true that most men find women in the 19-23 age bracket the most attractive - this has even been reported by OKCupid. But it really is self defeating to keep focusing on that, because guess what, you're not getting any younger yourself, and there will certainly come a time when the vast majority of these women will be downright creeped out by your approaches. What then? Will you just abandon sex and become a monk somewhere? Resign yourself to paying fo…

wouldn't the many Euro girls and girls not from NYC moving there make it very possible for an indian dude to do well with cute white girls (especially blondes) since the foreign ones aren't so strict on race? Yes, that's what I do most of the time...they're definitely easier to get with

Be one of those guys. Be the guy that doesn't count. If nobody is going to find out and you're completely cool and not at all needy, 9/10 they will fuck you. But do you always want to be the guy that "doesn't count"? The one she'd rather forget, instead of reminiscing fondly about? The one she's embarrassed to admit she fucked to her friends, because they'd potentially mock her? It's fun to get laid, sure, but what if you get to the stage when you want a chic to stick around? Most of the Indians in the northeast live in New Jersey, and I almost never go out there so I can't address the scene there. As for Manhattan, while I've seen a few Indian guys over the years with cute non-Indian women, I've literally never seen an Indian dude hitting on a cute girl at a club/bar and making any headway. I'm not saying it never happens, just that I haven't seen it in my countless nights of goin out around here. The other thing is that many in the younger generation ( < 23 ) are r…

Speaking as a native of Lower midtown Manhattan: It's not terribly common to see interracial couples, although I can say for sure that in the past 5 yrs or so I've seen an uptick in the number of Asian guys with cute white chics. Queens/Brooklyn might be different (read: even better for minority guys), I can't say as I don't venture out too often to those areas, but the few times I did go I definitely picked up a friendlier vibe. That's probably because the girls aren't as hot as the ones you'd …

Honestly if you're tall, white and are getting berated badly in bars, you're doing something horribly wrong. Worst case she gives them a number and flakes on them. You've gotta work on your approach brah... most white girls are actually very attracted to asian guys if the particular guy fits their criteria i.e. being tall, jacked, confident and not afraid to be the center of attention. Most women (of any race) are attracted to tall, jacked, confident guys, period. Even if you're not tall and jacked, if you're above average looking and confident + funny it goes a long way.
/r/TheRedPill09/12/16 02:27 AM
2

...that's because he's probably BSing about being a tall, white, athletic dude. If I had to bet I'd say he's actually Asian/Indian, hence the similarity between his and my experiences.
/r/TheRedPill09/12/16 02:20 AM
1

No I am not, read my thread. You've said jack shit about your own SMV, other than "these are my experiences". What do you look like? What's your race/ethnicity? Height? Are you jacked or skinny? What scenes do you hang out in usually? Are you in a large city? Mid-tier? What's your competition? All of these will determine to a large extent how well you fare with women.
/r/TheRedPill08/12/16 05:26 AM
3

So yeah, its subjective to your SMV/style/race. Are you a biker? Are you urban? Are you a gym rat? Do you look like you listen to EDC music? Reggae? Rap? It reflects in your style and way you carry yourself which translates to the type of girls you attract. That was actually my only point - that it all depends on your SMV. YMMV.

You're presenting this data as if it's objective truth, when in fact almost all of it is heavily subjective - tell us about your own background, what you look like, your style, approach, level of game etc. and assuming it's truthful, your info would be much more useful. Even then, however, at best it would be suited to those that are very similar to yourself. I appreciate the attempt, but I've learned over the years that ultimately you have to try things for yourself to get a sense of your own S…

If she claims he's 270lbs, he's probably at least 200lbs, probably 230 or so. He's a 5'6" dude, working as a teacher (ie, not making a lot of money), AND living at home with his parents at 36? Geez, can't blame the woman. Sure, she's no catch, but she didn't claim to want models, just guys that were taller and somewhat in shape. Doesn't seem like too much of an ask to me, tbh.

It's very nerve-wracking in the sense of how much it pushes you out of your comfort zone at, and helps you grow internally. Each time you pussy out or fail you have to question yourself/your method/mistakes afterward and seek some uncomfortable answers. This is very true. It's why after all these years, I keep cold approaching, even though I'll acknowledge that my successes have mostly been with foreign women. I think repeatedly confronting that fear of rejection and overcoming it does in a way …

In all honesty, I didn't get that impression at all. OP never claimed that "cold approach never works". He just spelled out the reasons why it shouldn't be your #1 strategy. Of course you should talk to people everywhere, just don't expect massive results unless you're exceptional in a good way. It's wiser to invest in building a solid social circle, while availing of cold approach opportunities as and when they arise.

Yeah, almost the entirety of the PUA discussions over at Roosh are dedicated to picking up women abroad. I'd have to say they're on to something.

Exactly echoes my experience and observations. The vast majority of my cold approach successes have been with foriegn women looking to meet locals, or when I was out with a group of friends. Very little success has resulted from cold approaching local women who already have solid social circles. However, I've gotta say that things were noticeably different when I was traveling abroad - there, my status as an American was evidently enough to overcome any reservations women had about spending one …

I highly, highly doubt the average n-count of today's women in the US is 9. Eggzacklee. I've seen that number thrown around before too, and most girls I know have crossed that number by the time they're in their early 20s. And these are girls that aren't even especially promiscuous - they don't go out every Fri/Sat night looking for dick. Think about it - let's say she loses her virginity at around 15-16. Even at the extremely conservative and believable rate of 2 guys/year, and considering that…

while girls get sex effortlessly, it's almost never what they really want. What they're after is commitment. Exactly. It's similar in a way to why so many guys aren't interested in hookers, even though we all know that if we paid we could score with a really gorgeous one. Because in the back of our minds, we know that she's only doin it with you for the money, and she'll do the same with 1000 other guys who pay. There's no validation in getting with a hooker, nothing to brag about. So women also…

You're still just as clueless. Everything I said applies just as much to other aspects of your social life as it does to dating. If you think life starts to suck big time once you're 30+, you're goin to be a bitter and lonely man as you get older. I've told you before on here and I think it bears repeating, leave the shithole you're currently living in and try a real city like NYC/LA etc for a change. You haven't even lived in a big town in the US yet, I can tell you I have friends well into their 30s and even early 40s who are hooking up with women in their 20s. I'm in my early 30s and this year alone I shacked up with around 10 girls all in the 18-24 age range. Really, you don't know shit. I know exactly what you mean - in my life I'd say of all the girls I've seen, only about 5 - 6 will forever remain in my memory because of how perfect they looked, even without any makeup. They were the kind who could wake up in the morning with their hair disheveled, no makeup and still be a perfect 10.

His quality is wealth. I wouldn't consider that a "quality" - that's just privilege plain and simple. Women are drawn to status, always have and always will be. However, what counts as high status can vary depending on the context. And yes, there absolutely is a certain type of woman that's drawn to pedigree. I see this in NYC all the time. The guy could be a some flabby dork but he comes from a well connected family, and so he gets consistent access to quality women in his circle and extended c…

Do you live in NYC or have you even been here, like, once? There's a shit ton of drop dead gorgeous Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, and all sorts of European women. My buddies and I have literally gone several months dating non-American-born women exclusively. I haven't found that white guys have it that much easier but that is another debate entirely. Then you must be living in a bubble world. I worked at a major dating site myself until very recently. I can tell you the preference online (in the US at least) for white dudes is undeniably strong among just about every group of women, with perhaps the exception of black women. And considering that almost 50% of the entire single population in the US uses online dating in some way, shape, or form, that…

The only issue are Anglo American girls, basic bitches, suburban princesses, and WASPy girls. Main reason being because their social circles are highly against them going interracial and will destroy them for it. I learned long ago to steer clear of women from the Anglosphere (unless I get very strong signals) - they're the least open to dating minorities. I don't care enough to debate whether it's racism or not - when I first came to terms with the reality of it, there was certainly some bitter…

I've lived in both Los Angeles and NYC for many years now (currently in NYC). In both places, I've lived in arguably the best areas - mid/lower Manhattan in NYC, and the west side in LA (Santa Monica, South Bay, WeHo). I've also partied in the best neighborhoods in both cities for years. I never had much luck with white American women in either, but my dating life was (and is) still way, way better in NYC. It's silly because I'm of average SMV at best myself, and I fully realize that if I don't change my tastes, I'm goin to be miserable having to settle for the 30+ women as I get older. False Choice Fallacy. There are far more people who are both socially and financially successful than there are one or the other. For me personally, #5 and #6 are the most important. Many of us in some corner of our minds harbor these revenge fantasies, but the fact is, for a woman, even just maintaining herself so she remains slim(ish) is all it takes to keep her pool of options sufficiently full well into her 30s and even 40s. In fact, a woman who takes care of herself will at 40 probably be even more spoiled than her counterpart at 20, because at 40, finding a slim, attractive, bangable chic is extremely rare, whereas a…

FWIW: A friend worked at a dating website (I won't mention which one) but said they had observed a marked difference in communication rates between men and women when plotted against the height difference. IIRC he said the greatest likelihood of communication was when the man was taller than the woman by 4 - 8 inches, and the likelihood tapered off much like a bell curve on either side of that difference.

In fact I will go as far as to say that most guys who seek girl advice fall into one of the above categories. Yes, I concur. I wish there was some kind of study that could somehow track the demographics of users on sites similar to this subreddit along with TRP itself. I'm betting the vast majority would fall into the categories you mentioned.

The uglier the girl, the more mean from my experience So much this. Also, if the ugly friend is jealous that her friend is getting your attention while she has to play with her phone, you're in for a tough time.

Sorry, but I'd have to respectfully disagree. I've been goin out in LA and NYC for years, and while it's true that many women are perfectly polite and will "put you down gently" if they're not feeling it, there are also a substantial number who will completely ignore you when you say hello, rudely ask you to leave, etc etc. There really is such a thing as the "bitch shield" - it's not just a meaningless term the internet invented.

It was from OKTrends, a blog run by OKCupid for trends they observe on their site. The founder of the site wrote a really interesting book called Dataclysm that goes into this and other trends they've observed. Keep in mind that the parent company of OKCupid, IAS, owns Match.com, Chemistry, DateHookup, Tinder, PlentOfFish etc and this trend is more or less true for users on those sites as well. https://blog.okcupid.com/index.php/your-looks-and-online-dating/ "As you can see from the gray line, w…

4 dates? The fuck? Were you escalating from date 1 itself? Generally speaking: You should try and get as far as possible on the first date, and gauge her reaction. If she puts out, great. If she turns you down, pay very careful attention to the manner in which you were rejected - a "positive" rejection would be, in effect, a "not tonight, but most likely on our next date we're going to fuck". That's worth a second date. But as an absolute minimum, you must make out and feel her up a bit on date …

Yeah, I think there was a time not long ago when brown guys could enjoy some success in Western Europe. With the influx of large numbers of Turks and Syrians recently, though, there's been a backlash and most brown guys will probably have to contend with negative stereotypes and such before they can even get a foot in the door. Also, most Indian guys aren't that tall, and the competition in Germany, Sweden, The Netherlands is on average 6'+. Something to consider.
/r/TheRedPill11/10/16 03:32 AM

I think minority guys are best advised to steer clear of the anglo countries, and aim for EE where the negative stereotypes about Indians haven't yet made their way. Other Western nations such as Germany, France etc can be hit-or-miss, from what I've heard. I'm also Indian and can confirm that I tend to do better with EE and Russian women.

I was addressing this comment of yours: I have a feeling the reason we see so many on this sub talking about gaming foreign women like asians is because they are betas too afraid to game American women. I am dead serious. Btw, we're in agreement.

Asian women especially in SEA worship white dick, though. Honestly if you're even a half-way decent looking white guy, you probably don't even need game in SEA. Things may be a bit different in the more developed Asian countries like Japan and South Korea, but elsewhere it's easy street. But I do agree that most of the guys goin to SEA and EE are probably forced to do so for one reason or another. I've met not a single guy that killed it in NYC or LA that still longed to travel abroad for pussy …

Men do not come here because they have trouble getting laid. I doubt very much that this subreddit is frequented by men getting as much sex as they'd like, or even anywhere close to it. Sure, there's some small percentage that has no problem getting action, but most are probably no better than the average guy anywhere else when it comes to pulling pussy.
/r/TheRedPill10/10/16 03:49 AM
1

Oh agreed 100%. But the reason they have to do this is because they're hypocritical and their women are really oppressed. So sex is really, really difficult to obtain for a lot of guys. So you've made my point, really - when women are liberated and freer to fuck around, everyone gets more sex. Granted, I'm not claiming that this is best for society, merely pointing out that in a subreddit where most everyone is obsessed with fucking as many women as possible, liberated women are much better than…

Alphas in the west can easily rack up 100+ notches in a lifetime (without relying on money or fame), but an average beta joe with serial monogamy and a decent social circle can still get 20+ in a lifetime, which isn't bad at all. TRPers get mad that they're not alpha, but keep in mind the comparison: guys in sexually repressed countries like India and places in the Middle East, where you're lucky if you can get to 8-9 in a whole lifetime. Most will probably fuck just 1-3 women at the most before…

RP suggests that if you're not sufficiently attractive, women literally filter you out, making you invisible. To be fair, the vast majority of men experience this as soon as they hit puberty, without needing RP or anyone else to explain this to them. The thing I find fascinating about women dismissing a guy is that most of the time they're not even aware of it...it's like the decision seems to be made at a subconscious level. With guys it seems like there's some deliberate analysis taking place,…

A red pilled man can have 20 bucks to his name and fuck an 8. Absolutely true. I've known plenty of seriously well off guys who couldn't get a date, let alone sex, and I've known a number of broke guys living in dumpy apartments pulling gorgeous women 10+ yrs younger. Money by itself does not make anyone Red Pill.
/r/TheRedPill09/10/16 04:31 PM

Exactly. Women's sexual liberation has been a boon for most guys as well, because on the whole, everyone, from the lowliest of betas on up, gets laid more than in places where women are kept covered up behind closed doors.
/r/TheRedPill09/10/16 05:42 AM

I understand that this assessment is not self-evident: At first sight, the maturation of the early "sexual revolution" into the current "slut culture" has overwhelmingly benefited women and disadvantaged the average man The average man on TRP is deeply inflamed by the idea that some small percentage of men are fuckin 30 girls/yr while he's barely surviving with just 5 - 6, if that. The average man on TRP needs to remember that it's precisely the sexual liberation of women that has allowed him to…

Yeah, but it's not surprising that this is so. To some types, TRP/PUA seems to present a step-by-step methodology on how to get laid, so it can be especially appealing. Do this, act this way and this will be the outcome, etc etc. Aspies tend to be overly analytical so I think they're drawn to this kind of thinking even more so than the average individual.

Very well said. One of the things I learned rather late in life is to figure out your niche and then work it as much as you can. Some types/demographics of women will just be naturally more receptive; others won't give a fuck about you for whatever reason. Get in where you fit in etc etc.

I took a girl out last week, she was a HB6 If she was just an HB6, why did you take her out? You've called out the other guys for 'liking' her on Tinder, yet here you are actually spending something far more valuable: your time + money on a girl you're not that into. Not trying to call you out as such, but this just exemplifies what I mentioned earlier: the real problem is too many guys willing to spend time + money + attention on average janes. I've done this myself on occasion, not gonna lie..…

You've complained about women but the real issue is the abundance of desperate beta orbiters who'll shower even the plainest of janes with attention in the hopes of getting laid. Fix that problem and everything else falls into place. I'm not suggesting women are special, saintly snowflakes as such, but let's be honest, no woman has ever shown up to someone's door with a gun, demanding he 'like' her FB/Instagram post.

Assuming this is a dating site and OP is saying that there are gems who are not professional prostitutes, the quality of the non prostitute women on Seeking Arrangement is going to go down just like any other dating site. I've already related my experience from 2.5 months of being on SA, but this has largely been true in my observation at least. I'm in my early 30s and that is listed on my profile, didn't stop any of the girls from meeting me though! The 18 yr old Indian chic was a 6 at best, not gonna lie. We had one glass of wine and then we went back to mine to spend the night.

I get no play from Asian women on SA. I think they're all holding out for a white guy, just like most Asian women on all other online dating sites (even regular ones like Match etc). But my approach is the same for all the women. That said, my experience echoes yours in that I've found Black and Latin women to be the most receptive. I'm not especially drawn to Indian women myself, but I did hook up with this really cute Trinidadian girl of Indian heritage about a month ago, and also this 18 yr o…

It has happened to literally every single guy I've ever known, even the smoothest of players. Women are just unpredictable like that. You're over-analyzing. She was probably just not that into you. You can have a decent time with someone, but a few days later the thought of spending time with them again just doesn't excite you as much, or perhaps someone better comes along, or perhaps your best friend dies in a car crash, etc etc. Next her and move on.

If you think Maya the mullato will have the same status as Kelsey the aryan in 30 years when the USA is 40% white you are delusional. There is nothing inherently superior about blonde hair and blue eyes. The biggest reason why they're seen as more desirable by so many people is that the vast apparatus of western media currently dominates the media landscape globally and it's been hammering this trope into people's minds forever and a day. Society generally has a hierarchy for beauty standards even if your personal tastes differ The essence of red pill is to not give two shits what society thinks. I think it behooves you to try your best to rid yourself of the indoctrination you've been subjected to. For me, an HB10 is an HB10 no matter her race/ethnicity. But it seems like a large contingent of guys give "extra credit" to a woman if she's American and white, which is shitbrained and ultimately self defeating. I'm not saying you s…

the 80/20 thing is absolutely true and you wouldn't question it if you were in the top 20% yourself. Like I said, I don't doubt there is an hierarchy as such, but I don't think it's nearly as rigid as many here make it out to be. Going from some of these posts you'd think if a guy isn't in the top 20% he's goin to die a virgin, lol. Also, I never said the guys I see the cute girls with are ugly - just that they're not 100% "alpha" as in tall, ripped, macho etc. They're just regular guys, average…

That's why we're always talking about how chicks only go for top 20% (sometimes top 5%) type of guys. This may well be true in the setting of a college campus, especially if it's a known party school. Or perhaps at bars/nightclubs. Outside of that, things such as social circle, shared commonalities etc play a much, much bigger role. I see this repeated over and over again, yet after having lived and partied in LA and NYC for many many years, I really cannot say that this is broadly true. I curre…
