I can relate but I have no answers really. What I try to do is distance myself from them now and again, go punch a bag, grapple with grown men, ride a motorcycle, climb a wall, hit on girls, mount a mountain or just do something challenging for my body and mind. Isolation can help with that. Regarding discussing red pill theory outside of the internet, it's impossible, I've gotten over that. I did the same, I basically seduced my interviewers. There had been a job fair where I chatted up some people, being in a fun mood and not really giving a fuck (when I should have been giving fuck according to some people).
