Nope. Just yelling mean things isn't a hate crime. A hate crime is another actual crime (such as vandalism, violent threats, or assault) where it can be shown that the motivation was hate. However, if she assaulted the guy or did anything else illegal to him, you could take either of what she said to up the charges to a hate crime. The video here doesn't show us the whole interaction, so it's possible that there was a crime. He did say at the end that she might be waiting for him around the corn…

I agree that him yelling about it being a hate crime was kinda lame. A public outburst full of profanity is bad regardless of the specific content, and that's what it should've been about. However, not wanting to say anything because "you never know, you could get shot!" is kind of lame. Like, she probably would've shot the asian guy she was yelling at first if she was going to pull a gun out.

Full list containing both male and female. It... doesn't like nearly as good for the female musicians when you include the males, but Tay is still #1. Note that Forbes doesn't know the exact earnings of anyone and they have experts who literally just BS a lot of these numbers. I remember seeing a Pewdiepie video where he went through a Forbes list of most paid youtubers and he said it wasn't right and they tended to overestimate earnings.

Yeah, I'd never throw money at shit like this. Even if I really want to show empathy for someone, the chance that it's just a big scam is too great. The "proof" shown there looks like it could easily be faked. If they were getting an account closed, I'm pretty sure it would be through a notice through the mail and/or a phone call too, I doubt any kind of text message through phone or internet.

Although, I think it's more to do with the fact that gaming chat logs have always been less censored than social media, so it's always been a thing where you've got edgy teens talking shit in gaming chat logs. It used to be pretty common to be told to kill yourself on games like 10+ years ago. It's less common now because people get banned, but they're still far edgier than social media because it's not as monitered.
