That´s the "how-to" part of TRP. But TRP not only tells you How, it also prescribes What and rationalizes a Why. It not only tells you "how to get laid" or "how no to get screwed", or "how to increase your value". In other countries this has not happened yet. For example, if you divorce in Argentina, both parents are responsible for child support and who ever earns more has to pay more. And visitations are equally split. Law there is more gender neutral. But, at the same time culture and laws seem to be moving towards Feminism more and more.
