Is there any way he can pay the support directly into a trust fund for the child so it can be assured the money will go only to the child?

Dude, I don't care. My point was about sub Reddit moderation.

I dunno. A lot of people feel more afraid of terrorism than dying by falling in the bathtub. And that's a way more likely cause of death for Americans than terrorism. But if we worked as hard to prevent terrorism as we work to prevent bathtub falls, there would be a national guardsmen stationed in every bathroom across the county. People's feelings of security are relevant to public policy. See, coming up with a valid counter argument is easy. It's just lazy and disrespectful to ban someone for …

If it isn't fair to assume he did anything wrong it isn't fair to assume she is being abusive (beyond the point of controlling his Facebook access that is) either. Based on what we know. It sounds like two people who never should have been married, created a cluster fuck for themselves. Anything beyond that is speculative. At best.

My guess is husband is a cheater, wife knew about it, but told herself he would stop once they were married. He didn't. Now, instead of realizing she married the wrong man, and annulling while she has the chance, she is very publicly ruining both their reputations, trying to exercise an impossible (and probably at least emotionally if not physically abusive) degree of control over her marriage and her husband. There is no ending for this story that isn't tragic. They should just walk the fuck aw…

Yea, why would she want to stay with someone who put her through hell? Why the fuck do her friends think that makes her "more of a woman" to stay with someone who put her through hell? Shouldn't her friends want her to leave somebody like that? This seems like a huge step to take, very publicly, with little to no explication. Something doesn't add up here. This sounds a lot like abuse. Talk to your friend OP. Don't just cash in on his suffering for karma. Make sure he is okay, and safe, and not …

No, its because for years heart disease studies used mainly, or exclusively, male test subjects. It is mostly a male problem, so the oversight probably had to do with a shortage of potential female test subjects. But we don't know much about how heart disease affects women differently than men.

It's because the majority of heart disease studies done over the past 60 years have used primarily or exclusively male test subjects. It's not that only women get heart disease. Its that we don't understand the differences between how heart disease affects men and women. It's worth the effort. Comparing and contrasting the data could lead to some real breakthroughs in understanding heart disease in general.

Glad you enjoyed it dude. Now go and read Infinite Jest. Shit will change your life. Or just read anything David Foster Wallace wrote. He was an unparalleled genius.

I think the argument could be made that he expanded on that idea rather than simply restating it. Either way, you aren't wrong.

So I may be misinterpreting what you are were trying to say, but it made me think of this. Its not necessarily related to anything PUA, but it does have to do with choosing what to think/believe. Which I think is a highly underrated skill. Regardless, its a really fucking cool speech. Kind of long. Worth it though.

I found "meditating" about what love is helped me to get over my tenancy to fall "in love" with every girl who looked at me. "Meditating" is what I think it would be called anyway. Really I just asked myself, "what is love? what is loves function both in my life and in the lives of others? is that function always the same? what am I looking for or thinking I see in these women that causes me to fall 'in love' with them? Why do I consistently repeat this behavior?" while in quiet moments between …

Your a good friend for taking care of your dumb drunk buddy. Sometimes that's more important than getting laid. If this is someone you go out drinking with often/who does this often start setting up contexts that are good for just chilling and having one or two good, craft beers and work on enjoying just that with him. It'll help him develop some control of his drinking (something I've struggled with my my youth) and teach him how to be conversationally relevant. Or if that's too much effort jus…

This is good advice. I'm in this situation as well and I've known I have to break this girls heart because she is interested in more and I'm simply, not. Stupid emotions and empathy.

When I'm watching sporting events I pay as much attention to the body language as I can. Sports are one of the areas where raw emotion is the most on display, both from the crowd and the athletes. It doesn't necessarily translate directly to seducing women but it is very useful for understanding body language in general.

I blame the raver chick who asked if I was rolling then stuck her tongue down my throat when I said, "I wish", and I tasted that familiar acidic tang of MDMA. The night took a noticeably more fun turn from that point. Unfortunatly she went off with a guy who offered to sell us molly but that just made so much sense I wasn't even mad... that mad... Damn it she was really hot ahd she drugged me with her tongue which was so hot and I was way into it... Fucking drug dealers.

I woke up with a girl in my bed today. No idea how she got there. We couldn't figure it out when we tried to piece the night together. So I literally have no idea how this hook up happened either. I've gone to this club multiple times before. Nothing. Last night I was arbitrarily confident, happy because my blackhawks won, and just looking to have fun. I ended up making out with 3 different girls, dancing with a bunch, and spending all but .55 cents in my checking account. It was a good night. A…

Only on reddit could this work. Have an upvote sir. Thanks for the motivation. I've been failing in every approach I make. Then a week ago while sitting on the train, reading a book, a girl tossed her number onto the page I was reading. All I did was smile at her. Its a convoluted mess, this, meeting girls thing. The only absolute truth is that persistence, even in the face of tremendous, consistent failure pays off eventually.

That he wants you to "dress up" and seduce him could mean a lot of different things in a variety of different contexts. If the context is the bedroom then that is simple. Go to an adult store pick out a sexy costume and go with it. Maid/nurse/school girl/cop are all pretty safe bets. School girl probably the safest as everyone had that one crush they didn't get with in high school and the connection to the hormone charged hyper-sexual world that is American high school is going to help escalate …

Sounds like you've done all the necessary leg work. He's probably working up the nerve to ask you for number/freaking out that you may have lost interest while he's been working up the nerve to ask you for you number. Just give it to him. Odds are it will be a huge relief for him. If your feeling really bold ask him out. Guys like that. We act aloof, and like we don't care, but its just that, an act. Its nerve wracking always being the one who's expected to be vulnerable and put our feelings out…

Wow. The more time I spend on this sub the more I realize just how big the gap is between what girls say they want and what works.

Dug your post. How did you suggest moving to different areas of the bar? I'm great in partys and small gatherings but I suck in bars. Not sure why. But any tips to increase my success rate in bars would be greatly appreciated.
