One way is to start moving in a crowd and if you make contact with a girl, grab her waist. It's worked for me, but YMMV. DrRage's method works too.

Bingo on the last paragraph. For a college student in the US that isn't 21 yet, this could mean just going to a different frat house or whatever the case may be, for example. You control your state.

Any time, man. I also forgot to mention that alcohol can be a huge benefit. Just know your limits/what you're doing. While I haven't f-closed ever, or k-closed in months, I always feel more comfortable and confident when I've had a few.

I'm in college, usually roll out to the frat houses around midnight. Gym in the afternoon/early evening. Eat dinner around 6 or 7 (either dining hall or Chick-fil-A), watch some hockey/college football, shower around 10, get dressed after. I had a feeling things weren't going to go smoothly I've been in that mindset a lot of times before, whether at my first two proms or going out to the houses on Fraternity row this past year. Guess what happened? Blowouts every five minutes, and in the latter scenario I went back to my place after about an hour. When I'm in a positive mindset of "Tonight's my fucking night," I may not bring a girl home, but I have a better time overall and feel much more confident. It's at least 80% mental, bro.
