Physical: I lift 4 days a week and have been consistent. 22 years old, 6’1, 210lbs, unsure of body fat percentage, but have visible abs. I’ve just been eating 3 meals a day and 1 snack. I’m just trying to maintain size. I’ll usually have 2 cheat meals a week. I’ve been having an issue with porn. For about 20-30 days I can resist the urge, but always end up falling back into it at least once or twice a month. Trying to become more disciplined and find practical solutions to avoid it. I usually just shake their hand and say “it was nice meeting you!”

Some women are just fickle and will flake regardless of what you do. Then, some just want to text and have no intentions of ever meeting anyway. If they flake just stop hitting them up and tell them to text you whenever they’re ready to set up another date.

I wouldn’t waste my time talking to someone who you can’t have a normal adult conversation with.

No, it’s not going to screw the date up. Some people just want to build rapport through text and calling to feel more comfortable on the date.

I usually reply to something they posted on their story.

Yeah, the desperate ones, which are usually the ones most people find unattractive. Being approached by a fine female is rare though.

I maybe wrong, but I think defending yourself is like trying to go out your way and deny some petty stuff people think. For example, if someone says your gay or on steroids. There’s not need to try and prove them wrong if you know the truth. Standing up for yourself is not allowing someone to put their hands on you and talk to you like a bitch.

Not really, introverts can be alone and happy. A beta needs people to bring happiness into their lives and struggles to be alone.
