I don't think I'll be able to change your mind about feminism, especially with the amount of time I'm willing to spend arguing on the internet with a stranger. It has more information there, and I tried to get examples that had actually enacted change and that were explicitly pro-feminist. I hesitate to assume that it was a tactic to prevent women from being held accountable for crimes, but those are both assumptions that we have.
