This is advice for when they cold approach.

Be confident and self assured. Any ounce of self doubt or awkwardness and we’re out of there.

You’re only 20 sweet summer child. This advice works both ways. Do you want to be with someone you don’t like?

The best advice I ever got was to ignore whether they like me or not, do I like THEM?

You can have a gym class on zoom actually. Many gyms in my area pivoted to home workouts via zoom. YouTube also has heaps of workout videos. It’s a matter of prioritising it, that’s all.

This is similar to asking a rape victim, ‘what were you wearing?’ Grow the fuck up OP.

Haha you have so much inner work to do. Read the comments and take on the feedback. Nice guys finish last.

Can’t lead and make decisions, low self esteem, insecure, needs constant reassurance. Unambitious, doesn’t even have aspirations, doesn’t look after and respect his health/body. Easily stressed out, reckless, irrational.

Yes. But his money habits and attitude to money matters more to me than net income/salary. There’s no point dating someone on $200K a year who for the life of him can’t save money or develop healthy financial habits.

Try the approach outlined above. Send a follow up text and suggest a cafe near her with a time and see whether she responds.

Girl here. I’ve been cold approached a handful of times and most of those times never bothered to text back. I don’t have any feedback for 1 and 2. 1 was just flakey. Nothing you could have done differently. With regards to 3: make a plan and tell her what the plan is. Tell her we’re meeting at this location, on this day, at this time. Are you in? If she even needs to lift a finger and make an effort to plan anything she’ll be out. She said no to ice skating - suggest something else at the same …

Try online dating. I met my partner on there. Yes there are a lot of terrible people to weed through but it’s worth trying than sit and do nothing.

This sounds terrible but maybe being fat??? I’m not a male but I feel like there is immense pressure on women to be skinny these days

Uniqlo heat tech undergarments - lifesaver. Also make some hot tea to warm you up. I find it helps me a lot.

Agree! I respect my partner and allow him the space to fix problems without constantly berating him. I trust that he will find a solution in his own time. I also try honour his masculinity by standing back and allow him to ‘do the doing’. I honour my own femininity by supporting and holding him. I think red pill women understand this dynamic which gives men the space and freedom to step up.

I don’t think there’s a way to ‘convince’ him. Just keep doing you, and being the best version of yourself you can be for both yourself and the relationship. Cook healthy meals (together if possible), go on walks together if he’s up for it. Continue exercising yourself and hope he gets better soon so he can start doing those things as well.

Keep telling yourself this haha. Texting is make or break for some girls, if you’re a bad texter you gotta make up for it 2 fold in person.

I do agree with you to an extent, those who appeared desperate were weeded out extremely quickly. Better advice may be to actually learn how to build rapport and excitement through text. Texting is a great tool and mastering it will put you ahead of the game.

Hi, I’m a girl. I spoke to many guys when I was on the apps. I actually really enjoyed the talking and texting period leading up to the date. It’s an opportunity to build excitement and anticipation and yes, I did weed some guys out during that time who couldn’t text for the life of them. Only texting to confirm a day and time is boring as hell. Some girls might misconstrue that as the guy not being all that interested to begin with or even strange. I personally enjoy texting, but some other gir…

No, not in a negative way. We slept together on the 2nd or 3rd date and have been attached at the hip since. We both went all in after the first date (our first date went for about 8 hours and finished at 4am).

It would be helpful to know what his top 2 love languages are. Out of 5: physical touch, quality time, words of affirmation, acts of service, gift giving. My partner loves physical touch and quality time. So you guessed it, sex, cuddling in bed and cooking decadent meals together are some of the things we like to do together.

Why did you invite him over to yours? He should be putting in the effort to planning and taking you out on another date. In response to your question in the title, be a high value woman. Have a life outside of the relationship. Prioritise your health (going to the gym maybe), your work/career, other friendships, family, community etc etc whatever it is you value. Don't make it easy for him by inviting him over to your place where it's too easy for netflix and chill to happen again.

Let’s go on a date and do it next time???! Are you kidding me I would not settle for this. Sounds like you’re a mother looking after a child.

Look up the concept of Love languages - he just may list gift giving at the bottom. He neither gives love via gift giving or receives love via gift giving. Does he give and receive in other ways? I.e quality time, physical touch, words of affirmation, acts of service? I disagree that him not bringing gifts makes him a bad person at heart, maybe he has other ways of giving love.
