| 21 | PerfectThe point is that just because laws were passed calling for equality doesn't mean that it has been completely followed through within society. Women get treated unequally. Men get treated unequally. Black people get treated unequally. Trans people get treated unequally. Just cause someone is not treated as unequally as another group does not diminish their issues. I'm assuming penetration wouldn't be required in cases like that.
