Just go to your local church and see what you can do OR Setup your own organisation Can't volunteer with any kid's organization or be labeled a possible creep Not entirely true, I know 2 blokes who've done the latter. 1 basically just drags a bunch of kayaks down to beach with life jackets and let's people use them (donations accepted) Other just goes round to parks setting up obstacle courses, leaps of faith, rock climbing etc. It's just knocking about with kids outdoors building up their confi…

I didn't even slam the door in her face, it was more like an ok bye bye, slowly closing the door while she's at the doorway going off her rocker verbally abusing me. But yes.. idk if I can argue self defence here

I believe her testimony to Police was something along the lines of "i held the door down on her fingers, trapping her, so she needed to break the door to escape", I chuckled when the police told me this saying that's a blatant lie and I can readily prove that's a blatant lie, just the smallest amount of detective work on the way the door was damage would prove that's a lie.. but nope there not interested and I fucked up in not recording it.... if I did, NON of this would be an issue And that's w…

Well to be clear, a male leaving due to Domestic Violence was kind of a joke (0 funding even with that as the reason) but I'm pretty sure she did after, claiming near $5k government boost. I did express my concerns multiple times when we split to child support (no outcome) and I did enact my DVO one time where the kids ran to me for shelter, causing her to break into the house, she was roughousing the kids and they so desperately wanted to stay but at the time I knew if I "assaulted" her I'd be …

Brother.. there's Kids involved and I love my kids.. they love me whole heartedly to the extreme they run away from home just for a safe stable environment.. but I'm giving up... an INSANE mother wreeking havoc on my mental health over these allegations where ill constantly have to go to Court in which it PROBABLY won't be in my favour... it's like I'm sorry kids, I love you dearly but I might need to step down just for my own sanity.. And I'm pissed at the system that encourages this

Idk... I'm pretty savvy to female behaviour, alot of female friends and yea I guess.. females absolutely GOING OFF THEIR ROCKER once a month.. to me was pretty normal behaviour as attested by other females... but that's what not what it's like in the eyes of the law.. In the relationship ya know it was just a case of warm love the next day and their sorry... now with NO Relationship, shits just gotten worse bringing in Police and the law etc. Whom ultimately will be on her side..

Brus... she can stab me in the gut and the courts would probably be like yea... well that's justified... I could say "Piss off" and the Courts would be like verbal abuse, antagonising the situation (form of abuse) JAIL

No well it is something that'll be taken to Court, neighbours, friends, family testimonials... but I guess the fact of the matter IS courts will judge on isolated incidents when really there are no witnesses, they're not interested in the BIGGER picture so to speak

Yep! This one I'm going private, near $9k in fees (just getting started) in defending allegations she made for free 🤦‍♀️

You are absolutely right. I fucked up in not recording this.... But it's a shame it had to come to this ya know... I have to intrinsically prove my innocents but whatever she says it's almost automatic punishment, no evidence needed...

Yep we were, as mention at the time she filed this I had her blocked for contact (which is probably what made her file this) but she did her research going back to texts predaiting 2017 sprinked in with alot of BS. It just shits me now I have to do RESEARCH professing my innocents, separating fact from fiction when the Courts can't just see it for the situation that is.. She was a women scorned, she's trying to "get back" at me... If I made a private application saying she called me a name near …

It's insane and honestly and I have SYMPATHY for the men who just pack up and completely abandon their families... it's a situation where they can't win (even tho they very much love their children) FOR THEIR OWN MENTAL HEALTH they heartbreakingly need to distance themselves...

European. Circumcision was never really a thing here, probably attributed to the Jewish purges of the 1940s. I believe that's why it picked up traction in the US (large scale refugees and "normalisation") but my outlooks still the same. Unless your Jewish, why do it???

Well the DVO was put out for on me for verbal abuse over txt in which is provable I did call her a slut.. this was a situation where the relationship had ended but still living together (brief period, finding places to move out to)... this caused her to bring over men, really just to antagonise me.. and I was collaborating with Police at the time, saying ya know this is BS, this is obviously ENOURAGING some sort of hostile environment in which I was told, she lives their too so she has every rig…

I do and I hope to get off not guilty, just the sheer fact I have to go through all of this (Lawyer fees, Door repair, Evil eyes from Police)... because she FEELs like it..
