In my experience, it really depends. If you have some insight into the personality of the girl, it can really affect your choice. And of course your intentions are important. If you're just trying to hook up and need some white noise, I usually go for slower paced movies that aren't distracting. Light comedies also work well because you're not really missing much by engaging in other activities. Though, if the will is there... it doesn't really matter what you put on. I personally have a liking …

Take it like you would any rejection, and let it lie. It's dead man. There's nothing to save.

Look bud, if a girl tells you at the end of a date that she just wants to be friends. Forget everything else she told you. It's something my father once told me. Trust me, in most cases if a girl was into you, there was chemistry, you wouldn't have had that conversation. I've had plenty of relationships with a shelf life of less than 6 months. I'm betting that so has she. So, stop getting hung up on how a girl is rejecting you, and do something about changing that. You're focusing on the wrong i…

Never ask. If she doesn't want it, she'll stop you. The way I usually inititiate is by getting things hot and heavy first. Go through the motions, kiss her, feel her, move down to the neck, get her excited. Once she's thoroughly aroused you want to move down to her stomach, kiss her all the way down to her belly button, but don't be in a hurry. Start unzipping her pants, and this is where you'll find out whether she's into it or not. Some girls can be really self-conscious about letting guys dow…

Well without being condescending like some people... The fact is that this takes practice and is something that you on the spot have to pick up upon. I can't really tell you when a girl is interested in you, it's something you have to assess for yourself. Given that you can still gauge interest from a girl by the look in her eyes (there's a certain sparkle or interest when she looks at you), a smile or blush, posture, if she looks away (this can be hit or miss you have to judge).

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2bH0OXsmsbQ jeje, but seriously. If you're not comfortable a simple side to side motion with basic arm movements can't miss. Still though, my mother always told me (as a latino) "the only thing worse than a man that can't dance, is a man that won't dance." Pretty decent beginner's guide: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qi_iG90Dv9w

Take her to a coffee place. If you live in a city, patisseries (dessert restaurants) are also great places to take women without the full commitment of a lunch/dinner date. First date advice: if you invited her it is practically your obligation to pay. If not, it's still a strong gesture. Make sure to give her romantic vibes: eye contact, light kino if possible. You don't want to come across as platonic. Try not to be too serious, you want her to have a strong positive impression of you. Try to …

Jeje, it's always tough. Don't be afraid of rejection. Trial and error, my friend. It's how you learn. Lighten up, though. I don't particularly reccomend going over your texts several times... You should be trying to practice spontaneity and light heartedness.

Well, for one thing, you seemed to imply something was wrong with her for being on Craigslist. In my experience, online and otherwise, keep things simple. Don't try to spice up the conversations with "mature" or intellectual topics. When you're courting a girl for the first time you want to come across as attractive. This usually means giving off an air of confidence, playfulness, and romance. You don't want to sound like her grampa. Looking again at what you wrote, you're telling her too much. …

Hey bud, My take: risk-reward. What's the worst that can happen? Semester's almost over. It doesn't matter whether or not she's interested, you'll never know unless you test the waters. Brah it really only takes one second of courage. That's it. Take the step, and once you do there's no turning back. Besides, there's nothing to fear about rejection. Just remember, my friend, you have more to gain than to lose.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
