Even the guy says under heavy load, which means you can charge a phone in airplane mode. Don't know about your phone, but mine doesn't turn on the screen when I charge it. And it still doesn't make anything he says after the question about emergency situation valid. Everything he says after that contributes 0 to the topic.

It's an emergency hack- i.e. when you don't have for some reason access to a powerbank. Hacks like this that work and are verified are valuable knowledge. Nobody suggests you use it over a powerbank if you have one or you can order it. Is that so fucking hard to grasp? Have you never had to hack a solution because all reasonable options were unavailable at the moment (being bad luck or bad planning) ?

Nope. Subcutaneous is fat under skin. Fat around organs is bad. Too much subcutaneous fat is bad too, though AFAIK it's less serious.

No, I think it's related in a way that good percentage of death sentences in the US are executed on innocent people. So it's a bit like false rape accusations, and there were cases where the prosecution or judges would do nothing even though a decriminalizing evidence came out. Personally I think bigger problem is the society not taking into account someone was found not guilty and assuming guilt before conviction. I believe 9 months is a proper sentence for false accusation that was proven fals…

You do realize that consequences of jail extend over the period of incarceration? She will probably have problems finding a job, be definitely denied anything that requires clean record, etc.
