After a 3 year long dry spell I finally landed a plate. I have a problem. I last barely two minutes. What do I do guys? I will cum 5,6 times a night but other than one or two times, I can't last.

Go to /r/30daysit and in the sidebar you have Mindfulness in plain English.pdf It is a great resource, and it's very well explained. Also, I recommend downloading an app called Headspace, it has a free 10 day course that should give a good idea of how meditation works. The .pdf is if you want to read about the reasoning behind it.

Choline will also make you smell like fish, so be careful with that.

Mate, don't get this wrong but If I had to put up a list of people I admire, you'd be on it. I want to reply to your first point. I consider myself well read because I've been devouring books since I was three years old. Most of them were fiction, so if I had to put together a list of all the books I've read (and I am sure it would be couple thousand long), actually meaningful books would be a small percentage (say 10%). Something to work on. I hope this part didn't come out as me bragging. Don'…

Unrelated to this thread (but part of the improvement drive this place brings out in me), could you give me some advice regarding writing? I really admire the way you put together and explain complex ideas. I consider myself a very well read person, but my social circle doesn't let me use my vocabulary since everyone I spend time with right now, either lacks the knowledge to discuss, or just doesn't want to spend time talking about things that don't pertain to our day to day struggle. I want to …

I'm afraid of finishing too soon after a two year dry spell. Any advice?

I've been working on TRP mindset for months now. The ideas are easy to accept for me. I'm having problems with keeping track of them throughout the say. My mind just seems to run in autopilot most of the time. So seeing the mistakes and correcting them real time is difficult. To continue of your comment, I have been in Chicago for two years now. I know I should meet new people, but to go out, just by myself and go alone to a bar or something like that, I'm sure I'll just end up looking like a lo…

I haven't had sex for 2 years now. And since I moved to a new country, my social circle is so small (5 people) that they all know about it. And sometimes the girls just put me down saying stuff like "you don't have a gf", "you sleep alone", stuff along those lines. I don't really know how to respond other than just smile and try to ignore it.

After reading through the comments, I went to Amazon to buy Meditations but there is just too many translations. Any recommendations on which one should I get would be really appreciated? Thanks

How did you build that rock solid frame?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
