Also, I recommend downloading an app called Headspace, it has a free 10 day course that should give a good idea of how meditation works. I consider myself well read because I've been devouring books since I was three years old. 1	Having a strong frame, genuine confidence and options, via : attacking your weaknesses. I've been working on TRP mindset for months now. The ideas are easy to accept for me.
