The important thing about this is that the author recognizes, as do some of the people she interviews, the importance of not making blanket generalizations. Minor quibble: PTAG is actually not a book. It's a collection of fragments from his unpublished notebooks which are actually lecture notes to a course he taught at the University of Basel. Furthermore, Nietzsche did not consider Goethe a nihilist, in fact in many instances throughout the published and unpublished works Nietzsche praises Goethe as a model of self-creation. Most women in the 'feminist' age are looking for fairly egalitarian relationships. This of course conflicts with biological programming.
