Best example of holding frame I've ever seen...She's adorable. But this isn't a real test of frame, she's clearly having a fun time and they both know it. | /r/askMRP | 01/03/20 08:42 PM
Traveling GF.It's like looking through a fucked up mirror to the past, 2 decades ago... you can even talk to the past and give it advice. But the curse is, it won't listen. Tears... | /r/askMRP | 03/12/19 12:08 AM

Going Down Road of Divorce. Financial Question.Let's see, so 140 between two people plus kids in the valley? So you clip coupons, don't take vacations, share one car, brown nose your racist landlord so he doesn't raise your rent, without success? | /r/askMRP | 18/10/19 10:33 AM
[FR] Initiate Often, Confident AlwaysI was going to reply something very similar. The OP seems to have some wisdom for us: turn her rejections (or by extension any rejection in life) into a self reinforcement tool. Great. I don't know how to do that. When I am successful (at work, with friends, in my business, or in bed) it tells me I'm doing something right. When I'm not, it tells me I'm fucking something up. That's a hard feedback mechanism to break, but I'm open to hearing how I can do it. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 17/10/19 10:13 AM
Who do you talk to?We have the same dad?! | /r/askMRP | 17/08/19 12:47 AM
Feedback on mission / hobby"I stopped loving this years ago" is your answer. What came to mind for me here is the assertiveness bill of rights from WISNIFG. "You have the right to offer no reasons or excuses for justifying your behavior." | /r/askMRP | 10/08/19 01:15 AM
Own Your Shit Weekly - July 09, 2019There will always be a period where you have to fake it to make it. I don't think it's possible any other way. That's true for lots of things in life. Learning to drive a car, learning to dance, learning a language. Just keep practicing, embrace the awkwardness, then one day you realize you're not faking. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 09/07/19 12:00 PM

Anyone have tips for creating time and space for sex when there are always children in the house? We almost never bang when the kids sleep out of preference. We tell them we need quality time, we lock our bedroom and they play video games. Everyone loves quality time in my house. | /r/askMRP | 01/07/19 10:09 AM
Own Your Shit Weekly - June 25, 2019I also spreadsheet (but in an app). It's helpful as long as it isn't a covert contract or making you initiate when you dont feel like it, etc. I use mine to keep my head turned around right on the realities of my love life. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 25/06/19 10:20 PM

Own Your Shit Weekly - June 18, 2019Follow up... your reply made me think more on the situation. Spent the evening overhauling our budget and putting hard limits on spending (I control finances in the house). I should have done this earlier to put the pressure on, I didn't realize it but I slipped back into nice guy mode by "making it ok" with credit. That shit stops today. She's tried hard to get a job without luck but she'll be trying harder soon. Also I didn't reply to your fitness comment. I've avoided squats as the few times … | /r/MarriedRedPill | 19/06/19 03:02 AM
Own Your Shit Weekly - June 18, 2019My training is done with 80% 1RM, generally three sets of eight. I've also done phases of 90% @ 5x5 | /r/MarriedRedPill | 18/06/19 09:53 PM

Own Your Shit Weekly - June 18, 2019Yup. The two years you've called out here is more than fair, it's wasted time and if I had gone about this correctly, the content of this post would be vastly different. Nobody is responsible for that except me. Your call out on the job stuff with the wife is on point, it's a bad place to be. Especially because I don't have full and direct control over her actions (or the actions of companies that are passing her up). Nor do I pretend to be able to exert that control, per stoicism, just exert in… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 18/06/19 06:29 PM

Movie depictions of building frameIt's sad how many "leading" male roles in modern cinema are basically walking vaginas, leading to zero romantic chemistry with the leading female role. Case in point, the latest how to train your dragon animated film. In the first film of the series, released in 2010(?) Hiccup is a headstrong boy who defies his dominant father and cultural norms to befriend a dragon that might easily kill him. Fast forward two films to 2019 and he's a no-frame dipshit who does whatever his "girlfriend" tells him… | /r/askMRP | 03/04/19 02:55 AM

Status QuoIt's not that literal. But it may be helpful to look at it that way, as a metaphor | /r/MarriedRedPill | 19/11/18 11:03 AM
Sex Addicted v. Sex StarvedI also bought in to the sex addiction myth. It was a long and painful journey but I reasoned my way out of it. The biggest factor in that was owning my sexuality and viewing myself as a whole, not something damaged and needing to be corrected... I get why guys fall into that kind trap. Especially nice guys. (And can only imagine especially-especially religious nice guys, the poor bastards) Liked the eating to satiation analogy, it's on point. I recommend editing out that paragraph with your goog… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 08/08/18 01:48 AM
Wife is pregnant - what do I do?Lead, be calm when she freaks out, and support a ton. Life won't be normal for a while and it will feel like your needs are the last priority. That's because they are. Again... lead. Support. Be calm. | /r/askMRP | 24/07/18 03:15 AM

FR new baby and not letting a stumble ruin gainsDon't be a dick. Leading your family during this time means you unconditionally support 100%, she needs you now. Marriage is long, you have ample time to apply sexual strategy later. | /r/askMRP | 21/07/18 11:34 AM
Advice for Non-sexual aspect of marriage?Speaking as someone who has experience with chronic pain- be aware that it can be extremely difficult to not feel like a victim after enough time has gone by. Ultimately victimhood is a choice, but it's no small task overcoming that one. | /r/askMRP | 11/07/18 12:51 PM
Method for creating and tracking goalsI like the approach. Do you do anything fancy for your spreadsheet template? | /r/askMRP | 02/05/18 01:53 PM
Method for creating and tracking goalsTypically I tend to set many goals but I do this with a prioritization. The goals that are more fundamental and have benefits which trickle down to many areas of life are given the highest priority, e.g. lifting and physical fitness. Then there are more minor goals on the other end of the spectrum which may or may not fall off the radar and are much less consequential (make the bed everyday). But ultimately I still would like to track them all. | /r/askMRP | 02/05/18 01:50 PM
Method for creating and tracking goalsIt's a good app, thanks for the recommendation. I think it's good for habits but I wish there was a similar app that allowed for goal setting with milestones. It's possible to hijack other tools for this like Todoist I guess. For your "didn't avoid initiating" habit, do you use the same app for this? Because unless you initiate every day the data will look inconsistent. | /r/askMRP | 02/05/18 01:47 PM
Method for creating and tracking goalsInstead of "Goal: Get anal sex from my wife," the plan should be "What will I do if I don't get anal sex from my wife by [Date]"--correct? I hear where you're coming from on this but now we're just switching out a goal for a covert contract (covert expiration date on patience and choice to go with a plan B). I'm not sure how to reconcile this without going into some monk mentality where it doesn't matter. But for me, it certainly does matter and I admit I'm not OI about it. | /r/askMRP | 02/05/18 01:39 PM

Vasectomy and HypergamyYep, I can’t tell the difference. The sperm part is actually a pretty small percentage of what you produce. What I would worry about however is the possibility of being in long term pain as a consequence of the surgery. Google PVPS. It’s rare but can happen. I might post about it in the main Reddit later | /r/askMRP | 25/03/18 05:05 AM
Vasectomy and HypergamyThere’s no apparent difference in your cum before vasectomy or after... so the only difference would be psychological. FYI getting a vasectomy without spousal consent is grounds for divorce in some states. Or so I heard. Edit, reread your question more closely. Of course that you can’t n make more humans is another huge difference- but I don’t think masculinity is perceived to be lower- not in my experience anyways. That’s more dependent on everything else you do | /r/askMRP | 24/03/18 03:28 PM
Job interviews and negotiating salaryThis has become my plan. Find my minimum number and my asking for number. I don't think I'll go into this with a single "take it or leave it" number- I don't mind negotiation, but I will be ready to say no if they cannot make or break that minimum. Asking for number will be the only number that is discussed in the interview and I plan to keep everything in context to that number. Meanwhile there will be the minimum number behind the scenes. And of course my minimum number is a number greater tha… | /r/askMRP | 26/02/18 01:35 PM
Job interviews and negotiating salaryReally like it. I also dislike the negotiation game, not just because it's stressful (which it is) but because it feels disingenuous . For the position I am going for specifically it would send bad signals about my leadership ability... | /r/askMRP | 26/02/18 08:04 AM
Job interviews and negotiating salaryDoes this also mean that you don’t pad your salary expectation? Because you don’t intend to negotiate or accept anything other than what you offer? | /r/askMRP | 25/02/18 03:30 PM
Job interviews and negotiating salarySo of the negotiation scenarios you have been in, how many have you walked away from when you didn't get what you wanted? | /r/askMRP | 25/02/18 02:50 PM
